The Perfect Morning

This time we dined at ALATi restaurant. The restaurant's ambiance is beautifully decorated, luxurious, and stylish, giving a warm and inviting feeling. As for the breakfast, I must say it was of "excellent quality." All the ingredients were top-notch, fresh, and premium. The food was presented with exquisite beauty and a refined, balanced flavor. It's clear the chef paid attention to every detail. It was the perfect breakfast to energize and soothe the soul. Starting the day with a delicious sparkling wine, sipped lightly alongside breakfast in the original Kempinski style, with a wide selection of other drinks available, was truly delightful.
Excellent service, high-quality food, and a beautiful view of the pool and garden.
It provides a wonderfully fulfilling start to the day. All the staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive. This is definitely one of my favorite breakfasts.

for the warm welcome every time I visit. Your thoughtfulness always makes me feel special and warmhearted.

My best memory at Kem

Personally, I’ve stayed few more hotels that are same range of prices and facilities. Kem is advantage in the sense of my great memory started here since 2011, I would want to celebrate my anniversaries here twice a year and I did it both times this year, probably coming back again in October. Thank you Ms. Sam ready in Red that accommodated during my stays!

Amazing stay

Recently stayed for 4N at this hotel at club level room. Everything about the hotel the rooms, food, staff, location is perfect near major malls. Free shuttle to malls. I think ive found my favorite hotel in Bangkok

The best club lounge

It’s an amazing hotel. Club level is absolutely worth it. The team are amazing and the whole experience was excellent. We stay in hotels world wide. This was right at the top. Possibly the best club lounge we have ever experienced.

My recent stay at **Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok** reminded me why the Kempinski brand continues to set the benchmark for luxury hospitality.
From arrival to departure, every interaction reflected genuine care, professionalism, and consistency. The experience was not defined by one outstanding moment—it was the result of hundreds of thoughtful details delivered by passionate people.
The Front Office team welcomed every guest with warmth and efficiency, making check-in and check-out effortless.
The Concierge Team Akaradech, Jaemchan, Therdthai, Jiraya, and Theerasak were exceptional. Their professionalism, local knowledge, attention to detail, and proactive service transformed a wonderful stay into an unforgettable one. They truly are the "Kingsman Team."
The Housekeeping department deserves special recognition. Luxury often exists in the details guests rarely notice consciously the immaculate room presentation, perfect housekeeping standards, thoughtful replenishment of amenities, and consistency throughout the stay. Their dedication quietly defines the hotel's excellence.
Special appreciation also goes to Daniel, Izatchanon, and the wonderful Lady in Red / Man in Red Team, who embody elegance, warmth, and authentic hospitality in every interaction.
Behind every outstanding hotel is exceptional leadership. My sincere thanks to Mr. Stefanoand Mr. Alex, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused culture across every department.
One lesson this stay reinforced is simple:
Attention to detail is the highest form of hospitality.
