Terrible! Had to move hotel in the middle of the night!

Tried to stay here 6th and 7th July 2019. We checked in and paid for the first night (booked for 2) but we ended up having to move hotels at midnight as we discovered the 2 rooms were infested with fleas. They kindly offered to spray with insect repellent but I'm afraid it wasn't enough for me. Don't stay here. Staff unfriendly and had to lug our luggage 4 floors as there isnt a lift. Definitely not a 3 star. Rooms with no windows. Very basic for what you pay for.

Worse hotel in my entire life

Disrespectful, unprofessional, aggressive, hazardous.
That basically described this hotel pretty well.
During my stay at the hotel, I suffered injury due to the hotel negligence. Who would have thought the sink would fall down when being pushed downward. Ended up with a deep cut on my wrist and my back, was bleeding but the hotel doesn't even provide first aid kit. What's worse, I was demanded to pay 2000 baht for the loose sink that wasn't even properly hold onto the wall with proper adhesive, which ended up being broken.
At first, I tried to negotiate with one of the hotel staff, a larger built Filipino guy. I was shocked, how can someone be so rude and threaten someone who's already mentally and physically injured on supposedly a happy family holiday. It's surreal to even think that someone would act in such a way. What's more, the boss of the hotel doesn't even care for the safety of the guests here. Lack of empathy and remorse is apparent here. The Filipino larger built guy even threatened me that the penalty would go triple to 6000 baht if the police was involved.
Well to sum up everything, police report was made and penalty was paid (2000 baht). Don't expect the tourism police to be professional, they can't even speak proper English. I had a really bad time with them, although they are more well behaved than the staff at the hotel.
Seriously unprofessional. The case dragged from evening till late night. On hindsight, I should have spent more money and book a better proper hotel. I'm surprised this hotel even showed up on TripAdvisor.

Very very Bad Hotel

I visited BKk end of March and I booked that hotel via booking.com.Their check in time was 2pm so I visited around BKK and check in at 11 pm then receptionist said our booked 3 bedded room was not available. WTF . They said , we can stay at 2 bedded room for one night and reduce 200 bath for this fk excuse. I complained about this at morning but the manager was very rude and not respected to customer. For my advice, don’t book that Sh** hotel and if you know when your friends book that hotel ,pls tell them “Don’t book and stay even one hour”

Unhappy staff

They don’t care about customer service.
They don’t care about people.
Such a bad energy on the place.
Never going back there again.
I’ve asked to leave my luggage on the Conner because my flight was late on the day.
They said NO

Steal our values!!!

They stole our valuables, threw us outside and took no responsability. The manager in turn kept playing in his cellphone while we complained and the tourist police in Bangkok is no good at all. Never ever come to the mix Bangkok silom
