We'd love to be back!

Very beautiful hotel with a good location! They vacationed in the summer of 2026. Loved the room with Jacuzzi - comfortable, spacious, with a nice design. Nice swimming pool and gym. Loved the hotel's free chocolate and fruit hour thing. That's nice! Breakfasts are varied - there is Asian, European, Lebanese and Indian cuisine. Hotel restaurant is a separate plus! Nowhere else in Thailand have we tasted Mediterranean cuisine so well prepared. We'd love to come back next time we're in Bangkok!

Not Recommended

The hotel staff are very polite and attentive, yet at the same time the rooms are just ok, the location is average, breakfast is terrible, and the housekeeping is practically non-existent
The rooms are decent and clean, but during our two-day stay, they never cleaned or made up our room, even though we were out all day and had put up the request for housekeeping. In the shower, the water temperature kept constantly fluctuating between hot and cold
The breakfasts are awful, dishes are constantly missing. You have to order eggs using a form, but after two breakfasts, our eggs never showed up. We waited nearly an hour and even asked about it, but they said the kitchen was busy

Excellent value for the quality

Enjoyed my stay in February with family, April with friends and in July with my family again in Valia Hotel Bangkok. Staffs were fantastic & helpful since my first stay in July 2024. Glad that they remembered my name as "Alice".
I stayed for 3 times in first half of 2026 and felt completely taken care of. And booked my stay for coming July too. Highly recommend.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is ideal. Great location close to BTS/MRT (have shuttle bus) and coffee shops. Breakfast could have a bit more variety and check-in took a little while during peak hours, but nothing that would stop me from returning.

Great Stay with Modern Rooms and Excellent Service!

We had a really good stay at Valia Hotel Bangkok and would definitely choose to stay here again. There were so many highlights, along with just a couple of minor fixes needed.
The Pros:
Fantastic Rooms: The rooms are brilliant—incredibly clean, very modern, and beautifully spacious.
Wonderful Staff: The service here is excellent. The staff are so friendly, especially the lovely team members who helped us cross the busy road every day. Bless them!
Great Breakfast Selection: While the breakfast area is on the smaller side, the variety is huge. They offer authentic Thai food, English/American breakfast options, Indian dishes, and more. There is plenty of choice, and their Thai tea is absolutely great!
Location: Super convenient and very close to great nightlife and going-out spots.
The Cons:
Bathroom Maintenance: We booked two rooms, and unfortunately, the shower was leaking from the bottom in both of them.
Odors: We did notice a persistent smell of weed during our stay, which was a bit unpleasant.
Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons. The modern comfort, delicious breakfast, and outstanding hospitality make Valia Hotel a top choice in Bangkok. We will definitely be back!
