I’m giving 4/5 because of the price.
500thb for a night is not bad.
Little bit noisy from adjacent rooms.
Painfully slow internet.

Comfortable stay! Visited here many times .

The conditions is worth the price. Our second time in this hotel, room is clean, drinking water, soap, towel were provided. Hair dryer and mosquitoes racket were provided in the room. We can park our car in front of the unit if the place is available:) it is really convenient for us. Everything good in the room, nice design and good space. Comfortable bed, pillow and blanket too. It cost us 500 baht booking through Agoda but they only accept cash to be paid at the hotel directly. All good and we like the environment here. There are also foods available nearby , walking distance to the street. Fast and easy check-in with a friendly reception guy who can speak a little bit if English. Highly recommended

Excellent stay!

One of the best hotel I've been.
1 - Parking space infant of your room
2 - Strong and fast wifi
3 - Clean and SUPER comfortable room
4 - Just a 5min walk from the night market
5 - Extremely nice owner!
6 - Breakfast included but we preferred 7-11 food.. haha..
We came without booking as we are on a road trip and they open up several rooms for us to view.
Cons
- Aircon too strong? (wonder if this considered a con) haha
- Ants a bit too many for one of the rooms. (need to avoid putting anything with "sweat" or water else they will come and "hang around"
Took me about 30 min to shift my belongings from TV table top to bed. (tons of stuff)
