Nice small hotel. The room is large enough, with a comfortable table. Good location opposite the old town. Helpful staff.

Avoid this place

I decided to book this place because it had good reviews on Google, even though the reviews on Booking were quite negative. Now I honestly don’t understand why it has such good ratings here — it’s a terrible place to stay.
The price is very high for what it offers, and cleanliness is completely lacking. The staff does not speak English (when you can actually find someone to talk to). There is a lot of noise from the street, making it difficult to rest. The common areas are used for their internal services, which makes the place feel disorganized and uncomfortable.
We even avoided the breakfast because the overall condition of the place did not feel trustworthy for eating.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

Perfect place

Probably the best hotel price-quality. People who works there are lovely people, they help you, and they are worried about you and your issues. Perfect breakfast. They let us make the check out a little bit later with no extra prices.
About the bedrooms are so comfortable and the room is big and new.

The triple room we lived in was a bit like a loft: the sleeping area was separated from the toilet and it was comfortable. The whole design of the hotel is very small and sober European style, the hotel is very quiet from Chiang Mai Park, there are double cars out there and convenient transportation ... The boss speaks Chinese well and has no obstacles.
