Facilities were perfect , room was clean. There were separate sections… king bed, living room and cooking area. It was my 2nd staying here for family vacation. I really recommend.

When I first got there the balcony door was cracked open. In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Someone repaired it but they also went through my luggage and a few small items of mine were missing. The sheets were clean but some were stained. For the amount of usd I paid I think this property wasn’t worth it. Some staff was friendly and some seemed to be bothered. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

An excellent choice if you don't need to be within walking distance of the tourist spots. It's about half an hour walk from Santitham, just outside the Khuang Singh ring. Grab drivers used to be a challenge to get previously, but now it's easier. The traffic during the high season can be very bad.
The service stuff especially the housekeeping were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room are very spacious, essentially 1BR apartments, great if you're traveling with partner or as a small family. 6th and 7th floor have a good view of the Doi Suthep. A quiet pleasant environment a couple of blocks away from Chothana Rd / Chang Phueak highway. The downside is that there not so many food options nearby except the Boriboon market.

I stayed for one night and overall, it was a good value for the price. Don’t expect too much, but it does the job if you just need a place to sleep.
It could definitely be cleaner, especially the elevator, and there’s no breakfast or lobby area—so keep that in mind.
The ladies at the front desk were amazing! I lost my phone and they went out of their way to help me find it.
For the price, I liked it and would consider staying again for a short stay.

Really nice, quiet area, friendly staff, clean comfortable room with a nice view ( 7th floor ). Only negative experience there was that an earthquake occured during my stay.
