very good B&B

The location is really good, near the nightmarket,Chiang Mai university. Easy to find restaurant.
This B&B is like a small garden where you can find light food and good drinks. The room is very cozy and romantic. We all like this simple style.
Not much choices for Breakfast, but we taste good.

The Best Homestay

Room is a unique design in a vintage style, nice and clean. Bed is comfy. Make me feel like stay at home. Ka Trong - Owner gave us a warm welcome. Their cheesecake was delicious. I will return to stay there again

Small, friendly, feels like family home

This is a lovely, peaceful little place. The family who run and live in it are charming (including KisKis the charming little daughter who at the age of 4 already speaks English). The rooms are beautiful with excellent en-suite facilities.
We had the ground floor room and when we arrived there was pleasant but continuous music from a garden speaker outside which got on our nerves after a bit. There was absolutely no problem with them turning it off for the duration of our stay.
There are plenty of local shops and a huge night-market close by. It is a long walk but a reasonable taxi ride into the old city. Red cabs and Tuc-Tucs pass by in abundance on the nearby main road. However, we never found a driver who had heard of the place so make sure you have a map with you to show the driver how to take you home.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

My wife and me stayed in the hotel for five days in November 2015. It is a small hotel furnished in a European style (probably French) and comprising six deferently decorated rooms (see web site). When we came to check-in, we were met by the owner - an amaible Thai woman with fluent English. She showed the room, gave all necessary advice and was very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the room named Kaew.The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, high quality bedclothing, free wifi (quite fast), free drinking water (unlimitted), free hot milk with a biscuit each evening, towels changed daily. It was calm at night due to the location of the hotel a bit apart from the street. Although, that street (Huay-kaew Rd.) is the most busy is the city and you need to take this into accout if you expect to go to and from the city in busy hours of business days (it costs extra time and money). The hotel has a small inner garden and a few parking places. Smoking is not allowed on the territory of the hotel, including in the garden and on balconies. Breakfast was good, coffee was of outstanding quality. At the time of our stay, the price was comparatively high but the room and service was worth the price.
