Exceptional

I thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay at Burupa Boutique. I planned to stay a few days and ended up staying two months!
The owners, Father and Son are true gems, they continuously went out of their way to make my extended stay as comfortable and livable as possible.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeepers are very trustworthy. In numerous occasions I left my two gold rings on the table and they were not removed during room cleaning.
The owners lent me a bicycle for two months free! This really brought me so much joy and made my stay so comfortable. The owners also rent out motorbikes.
The owners helped me after surgery and helped me order things.
I love being in the city yet having nature and trees around me, so peaceful.
I can only ever stay here when I return to Chiangmai.
Will be in my heart this lovely hotel which is a luxury home from home
Oh and the epic flea and antique markets near by are wonderful to explore at weekends

The perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai

This is a great place to stay in Chiang May but in a calm cozy place. The staff is beyond welcoming. We felt so good there, we had everything we could need, they offered bikes and laundry services too! It’s easy to get to the old town with a red truck too. Just great!

Stayed 3 nights in January 2024. Hotel is located on a quiet street and the area is also quiet. Room was spacious, clean and in good condition.

Overall a Great Stay

There is so much to do in Chiang Mai which made Burapa is a great play to stay. It was modern, spacious, and very quiet. I used grab to get around which eventually turned into a private tour and also had several tours that picked me up. There is a great restaurant nearby which I always go for dinner.

Lovely new property! Chose this place because it was close to where friends of mine live -- it's in a suburban neighborhood of brand-new little mansions, older family homes, and somewhat too many vacant parcels of land no doubt being held by speculators riding the Thai real estate bubble . . . but I digress. Those desiring a quiet and pretty hotel need look no farther. You'll almost never see a tuk-tuk or a sorngthaew, and taxis in Chiang Mai are few and far between, but if you don't have a car, no worries -- Uber and Grabcar drivers are thick on the ground, and cost less than taxis anyway. No breakfast service, although there's a small basket of goodies in the room (e.g., instant noodles) for which there's no minibar charge! -- and there is a food delivery service. But with a host of shamelessly cheap and shamelessly good noodle restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, why bother? Just one thing to beware of: Liquid hand soap and shampoo are kept in cute little ceramic vases, and I was a bit worried about dropping one while in the shower, so make sure your hands aren't soapy while handling them . . .
