Very recommendable. Reopening.

The overall stay was quite satisfying. The hotel facilities are impressive, the hotel is fairly new to maintenance, every detail reveals the hotel's ultimate pursuit of quality and comfort. It's worth mentioning that the hotel staff's attitude is impeccable. From the moment I set foot in the hotel lobby, I was surrounded by their warmth and thoughtfulness. The receptionist quickly checked me in with a professional smile and efficient service, patiently answering my queries about the surrounding attractions and dining recommendations. The room service staff carefully organised the room for me to ensure I had a tidy and comfortable space to relax after a tired day. The feeling of being valued and cared for is all the more comforting when even occasional minor problems are addressed quickly and satisfactorily to the staff.
In short, this stay gave me an insight into what it means to be at home. The newness of the hotel facilities, combined with the staff's exhilarating service attitude, knit together into a memorable stay memory. This hotel is a great place to stay in the future if you have the opportunity to travel again.

I just DON'T recommend this hotel. I will start saying the LOCATION is terrible!! NOT convenient at all to enjoy tourists places or going around. I don't how come it had 4.7 in location. Plus, it is infront of a ring road so the 'city view' is nothing but cars.
Second, the breakfast is only basic. Fried eggs on a tray, bread to take from the bag, and boiled vegetables. It doesn't look a Thai hotel with the amazing fruits, different kind of eggs, sweets...
And third, the breakfast starts at 7:30 which is kind of late if you join any excursion like the Elephants one. So I asked the hotel to help me solving and they couldn't even offer something to eat al 7:15 or so...
Unfortunately, I booked two nights relied on the Ctrip rate, but after all, i wanted to cancel my reservation. I wanted to talk with the manager but they said there is no manager. Owner, they don't know the owner... I asked the cancellation in the app, and the hotel refused to it....
There are plenty of very good, nice and well located hotels in Chang Mai, don't waste your money here

The room was very nice and comfortable.

The door is wide open and the room not only has a bed but also has plenty of moving areas. In addition, the lighting was excellent, and the large windows let in the natural light to make the entire space appear brighter and more transparent.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city.

Convenient location to central Chiang Mai. Not crowded and enough parking. No restaurant onsite but 10 minutes drive to all you need. Breakfast was good
