Beautiful grounds and great philosophy

Beautifully landscaped complex with "braided" bamboo floors, very friendly staff and a great philosophy behind the hotel operation.
Definitely recommended with a small "but". If you are used to 4-5 star luxury and insist, you will probably not be happy here.
The complex is remote and there is hardly anything in the immediate vicinity. We had a normal standard room (there is - as far as I know - also the possibility to rent a single bungalow). As already mentioned, the houses are made of braided bamboo and therefore very ring-shaped. We could hear the neighbor's snoring and every single word (not exactly so that you would understand what is being spoken). Since many Western tourists are not used to a "gentle" walking, you can usually hear every step :)
Since the complex is in the middle of nature, we had to share our bathroom with various ants in the evening.
We stayed two nights at Lisu Lodge and the room was not cleaned, but that did not bother us at all.
Food is served together on the communal terrace. Various dishes are served. We ate very well and there is far too much. However, if you are a bit sensitive, you must be aware that it is not an a la carte menu.
In the evening you will be asked at what time you would like to have breakfast and which breakfast you would like. Just in time for the ordered time, the food is served again on the communal terrace.
There are various great offers at Lisu Lodge (from hiking, tea plantation sightseeing to bicycle tours). It is worth exploring in advance. We only learned about it on the spot.
We really liked it at Lisu Lodge. The staff is very friendly and well-positioned. But those who value luxury more than the experience will probably not be happy here

Unique Accommodation

A unique experience to stay at Lisu Lodge in Northern Thailand for two nights. The accommodation is basic but beautiful. Congratulations to the happy, welcoming and attentive staff who added so much joy to our stay. Located just a short walk to the temple and the lovely village. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very typical Thai accommodation with very good meals, excellent place for rest with a village nearby with very welcoming inhabitants

Calm and relaxed

We stayed three nights at the beautiful Lisu Lodge. This is embedded in very beautiful nature and close to a small village. Small guided tours are offered in the area (forest walk, visit to a tea plantation, visit to the village). Everything is relaxed, the villagers are not somehow disguised or disguised. The food comes from the own garden. A gentle tourism as it could wish for. Nearby only nature, no party or bar.

Charmant

Some rooms in the middle of an oasis of calm and greenery, to immerse yourself in the Lisu tribe of the mountains. From a different culture than Thais, the walk to the village with meeting locals is interesting.
It is very clean, you eat well and the nights are downright cool!
The beds are extremely soft, which made our night difficult and painful
We even got the local dances in the evening.
