Beautiful hotel and amazing service
We (family of 4) stayed in a Maladee Suite which is a beautiful equipped and appointed 2 bedroom room with self contained kitchen. The hotel is very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is stunning and the kids loved the spa. Breakfast was good with a buffet and a la carte options and they were able to provide gluten free bread on request. Staff at the pool bar, reception/concierge and the restaurant were all very professional, friendly and attentive. Thankyou to Kookkik, Thai, Mei and Jeff for their excellent service in the restaurant. They also provide a daily afternoon tea which includes petite four style cakes, hot drinks and cocktail / mocktails. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again when visiting Chiang Mai.

Excellent experience
I swear to God, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
The staff greeted us warmly, the place smelled amazing, the room service was excellent, and everything about it was absolutely fantastic.

Exceptional experience!
I stayed at Maladee for 4 nights and was truly blown away. The hotel itself is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing, however it’s the staff that are the real highlight - they went out of their way to make us feel special, remembering the tiniest detail of our breakfast preferences and even providing a customized pillow menu which I loved and haven’t seen anywhere else before! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back here - would suggest booking with them directly for extra perks

An absolute masterpiece of boutique luxury!
From the moment we arrived at Maladee Rendezvous, we were blown away by the level of personal service. We were immediately greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and snacks, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. Even lounging by the pool later on, we were treated to another round of delightful pool-side welcome drinks.
The boutique rooms are stunningly designed and incredibly well-appointed. It is clear they thought of everything, from the spacious balconies overlooking the beautiful pool to high-end luxuries like Dyson hairdryers.
The staff are the true highlight of this property—so genuinely friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful without ever being intrusive. It’s the constant stream of personal touches that makes this place rival a top-tier international 5-star standard while keeping its quiet, intimate charm. A perfect example was the evening turndown service, which included incredibly comfy slippers and curated evening drinks specifically designed to aid digestion, sleep, and relaxation.
If you are looking for an attentive, quiet, and deeply personal 5-star experience in Chiang Mai, I cannot recommend Maladee enough. We will absolutely be back!
