Extremely satisfied.

We stayed at this hotel and were extremely satisfied. This hotel is a real gem, located in the center and at the same time perfect for easy travel for excursions to nearby locations.
The hotel's decor is modern and chic, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a stay. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail: elegant, modern and welcoming environments, with a refined atmosphere that makes your stay truly special.
Unforgettable is the beauty of the lobby and the elegantly designed dining room that reflected the high standards. The room was spacious and the decor left speechless for how refined and refined it was. To emphasize the professionalism, courtesy and availability of all the staff: always super professional, smiling, they were able to meet our every request. We especially enjoyed the dinner and breakfast really rich and for all tastes.

A perfect stay

We are staying at Melia Chiang Mai for our 10th wedding anniversary and for our daughter's 7th birthday. We already stayed there one night and it was already the best night of our trip considering the time difference. The room is huge, extremely quiet, there is not a single noise at night, either inside the hotel or noise from outside. The Level Premium Room is huge and very comfortable. The decoration of both the room and also the hotel is superb, worthy of a magazine. We tested the breakfast which is really fantastic, the choice is very wide in both western and Thai cuisine. I mean, the staff is so nice. Luxury at Melia is really in discretion and small details.

My daughter and I got massages at the spa. i got thai massage and my daughter got the well recovery body scrub and massage. Chay and Meaw were fantastic therapist!

Perfect Family Stay with Our 2-Year-Old Daughter

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our 2-year-old daughter, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
The highlight of our experience was the check-in process. The Korean staff member who assisted us was exceptionally kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. She didn’t just complete the check-in; she carefully explained the hotel facilities, gave us helpful tips for families with young children, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful service made us feel genuinely welcomed and set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax with a toddler. We were also very impressed with the kids’ room, where our daughter had so much fun. The kids’ pool was another highlight—it was clean, safe, and perfect for young children. Our daughter absolutely loved spending time there, and it became one of the best parts of our trip.
Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children. Thanks to the outstanding service, excellent family-friendly facilities, and warm hospitality, we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
