Charming hotel, beautiful oasis of greenery

Hotel tastefully decorated in a very nice green setting with an elegant pool and also housing a very good restaurant. Comfortable and well-furnished apartment with impeccable service and friendly, welcoming staff. Ideally located near both the city and the airport, it is perfect for all types of stays. My spouse and I highly recommend this hotel, which offers excellent value for money and has welcoming staff who are very attentive to their guests.

Top establishment

Excellent hotel , very luxurious, for an excellent value for money. The pool is a little small but well maintained. A friendly, smiling, helpful staff. Three restaurants - 1 on the ground floor, 1 a top floor and another overlooking the top floor with a mini effel tower. Only disappointment in the latter we eat European and we had not been warned. The rooms are suites (beautiful). You even have a small kitchenette. Beautiful parking inside. Poor sound insulation outwards but not disturbing. I strongly advise

good hotel

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Thailand among the dozen hotels we booked during our month-long trip. Our suite included separate living room and bedroom, bathroom with a large tub, and kitchenette. For $135/night including taxes, we also received two welcome cocktails, a gift certificate for food and non-alcohol drink at the hotel restaurant (enough for a small dinner for two), breakfast, and shuttle service to Chiang Mai airport. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern. The food was delicious.
One thing we found particularly nice about this hotel was that it was quiet at night so that we could get a good night’s sleep. We had also stayed at 2 other hotels near Chiang Mai city center for convenience. There were extremely loud noises coming from the streets outside that didn’t begin to die down until after 2:30 am. We regretted not staying at Parc Borough instead for the entire time we were in Chiang Mai.

Mixed Experience

I opted for this hotel mainly because of its affordability, value for money, central location and five star rating. Although on the main road, the property offered a very peaceful surrounding, rarely found in a city centre hotel. It is an all suite hotel with a built-in kitchenette. It was of no use to us as we ate out and had our breakfast on the ground floor restaurant of the hotel. The buffet was repetitive on all four days that we spent in the hotel. Hotel staff were attentive and courteous but very poor communicators in English. As for the room, it is spacious, as I said earlier it's an all suite hotel, but not well designed. The bedside table was placed only on one side. The other side of the bed had no space at all. The shower pressure was poor and the flow of hot and cold water was inconsistent. The hotel offers only four bottles of drinking water a day, which is inadequate. It was brought to the attention of the duty manager who very kindly increased the number to eight bottles a day. Anyway after touring around the town, I thought there were many other better options in Chiang Mai. I'm still going with four out of five for the lovely environment and a peaceful stay that Parc Borough Chiang Mai had offered.
