We loved the resort our room was big and spacious. The location is good easy walking to sites and many good restaurants. The staff are just lovely ! The food is great, there are two set menus for breakfast which alternate - don’t is sufficient for a good start to your day
We recommend and would love to stay again if in Chang Mai

Gem of a boutique hotel

This is one sweet boutique hotel. Location is excellent. Just outside the old town so away from the crowds but still near enough to the action.
The room is well designed. We had a balcony which was very nice for sitting out, doing yoga and even for storing luggage so there was more space to move around in the room.
Breakfast was great. I tried so many new dishes.
By far the best thing about the hotel is the staff - they are the best. Above and beyond.
All tge conveniences are steps away - 7/11, laundry services, ATM.

Cute vibe but too noisy

Pros
Good location, easy to get to everything. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Shower was great and room was well equipped.
TV was large and had Netflix.
Cons
NOISE! We were in room 301 (pool view suite) and the walls were paper thin. We could hear movement above us, pounding music until around 4am, dogs barking in the middle of the night. We did not get restful sleep.
Pool area was small and pool very warm, in the intense heat it was not refreshing. Most of the loungers were in the shade. Only 4 sunbeds and 2 beanbags.
There were signs saying complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon but this never appeared.
Would I stay here again? No - far too noisy!

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond. The plunge pool room was amazing.
