Wonderful! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is exceptional and so are the staff service. Everyone is attentive and professional. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. Bedroom and bathroom are very spacious! The room has a large TV screen with Netflix and other app access! The free shuttle to the Nimman area was a wonderful bonus! The small details like complimentary snacks and drinks show that this hotel really cares about their guest and making each stay comfortable and convenient.

The staff was incredibly lively and very helpful. It was our anniversary and they upgrades us which was amazing. The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel in general was a beautiful clean place. The location is pretty great, only a 20 minute walk to the old town. If you’re looking for amenities like a pool or gym, there are none so maybe don’t choose this. Other than that, the value for it’s money is amazing and we had an amazing time at the Verbena

Lovely clean friendly hotel, we recommend staying here. nice bed nice shower a d there attention to detail was exceptional. Helpful staff, good location, surrounded by really nice restaurants.

1. The staff is really helpful and friendly.
2. Location is pretty good and comfortable
3. The room is clean, love the balcony.
However,
1. There’re issues with hot water stream. Maybe it’s due to the 4th floor. We were offered to change the room, but we decided not to do it, as the issue was not that bad.
2. Coffee machine work weird, but you are able to get coffee in the lobby.
All in all, nice place to stay with a friendly staff.

Come back trip and still my first choice hotel to book even the price is alittle on the high side. Great location and lots of cafes and eateries. It would be better if there’s shelter for the car park .
