What a breathtaking stay!

We had such an incredible experience at Villa Alanna in Chiang Mai. The property is curated down to very detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The staff catered to our every need promptly and effectively. They welcomed us with tea and cookies when we checked in. They brought us water and snacks when we were enjoying the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the food from the cafe they have on property. I can’t say enough good about this property. This is a must stay!

Room 102

The facilities were terrible. The hotel remote was broken and difficult to use; it would suddenly jump to other screens, which was terrifying. One night, the power went out unexpectedly. These experiences made me afraid to stay there again.

Family room was great.

We stayed in a family room, and everything was great. Our only suggestion is that it would be more convenient to have a trash can in the living room.

For those who have been here, the location could be subjective. It’s 10 minutes walk from interesting places so maybe that’s a negative or positive, but to me it is a positive thing; meaning it’s less crowded with a nice quiet comfort surroundings but if you get the front room next to the road, you will hear traffic during the daytime, but during the night time, it quieten down quite a bit.
The room is AWESOME. Clean, comfortable, with refrigerator and safe, lots of clean towels and very nice pillows and a comfortable bed.
The hotel has an adjacent restaurant you could order from and the price is consistent to the level of clientele it serves I never really ordered from them.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. True for most places in Thailand.
I really have no complaints. It’s pretty much perfect for what I needed and was looking for.
So yes, I recommend this place especially for couples.
