Nice location poor hotel
Okay so let's start with the positives, the location is perfect and in close proximity to the City and bridge over Kwai. In addition the resort offers rental of a jetski which is super fun and a must....okay in terms of developmental:
For 3750 for a pretty basic water from view you don't get a good RoI - breakfast is poor, you only get free access to the water park and service for contacting reception is slow and cumbersome
Water park- most items not inflated and those that were are dirty and poorly maintained
Other water activities - out of service and not in use, such as banana boat
When you look online no mention of such things so you expect the price reflects quality and list of activities available. Sadly not
Save your money and try elsewhere

Not even 5 hours and we left.
Arriving at the hotel we thought, lovely a place we can enjoy our last 5 days of being in Thailand, and supposed to be perfect location for trips etc.
However, the staff can’t understand any English at all, had to use their mobile phones to translate.
So we had no information on how to get across the river to the restaurants.
But when they was translating they said they could take us in their mini bus, 200 baht each way.
They showed us the restaurant, shop, cafe etc on the way to our room, and signs on the door said they was open until 9pm. So there wasn’t, anywhere to get anything to eat from on the resort and it was only 5pm.
Considering the resort was supposed to be sold out it was quiet, there wasn’t anyone about.
The room was basic in cleanliness.
The TV is all in Thai, there is no English channels at all , not even one for the news.
There is no electric points at the side of the bed. When we pulled the side table out to look for a electric point, a gecko ran out and was lurking in the room.
We rang reception told them about it, she didn’t understand again, so she put the phone down. They arrived at the room, tried to catch it with a plastic bag. But couldn’t get it.
So she translated on her phone if we could move rooms. We accepted. We moved to next door.
Again we looked for an electric point, as we pulled out the bedside table their what seemed small poo droppings. So we showed the girl again.
She just got her sweeping brush and brushed it under the bed.
At his point we had had enough, so we booked another hotel and told them we was leaving.
The manager told us that WE would have to ring booking.com who we booked the hotel with and explain to them what had happened in order to get our money back.
If you can speak Thai then your fine but they don’t seem to accommodate for any other language yet advertise on sites in england.
Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Naar mijn mening heeft dit resort waarschijnlijk flinke gevolgen ondervonden van de Corona-uitbraak, wat mogelijk het onderhoud heeft verwaarloosd. Hoewel het idee achter het resort aantrekkelijk is, is de huidige staat ervan niet in lijn met de kamerprijs van €100. Onze ervaring als enige gasten was interessant, maar de afgelegen ligging zorgde voor extra kosten bij het ophalen door taxi/Uber-chauffeurs.
Wij hebben na één nacht besloten naar een hotel in de stad te gaan. Mijn advies is om ook een hotel in Kanchanaburi stad te overwegen, zodat je dichter bij alle voorzieningen bent.
