Come back again, this time a lot went down, both service and room condition.
Come back and stay again. This time a lot went down, the service of the rooms, the crew at many spots, some of you don't seem like you want to serve with the color of your face, but after a few days, it looks better. Book two rooms.First, you can ask for two beds and get one one room because the file has been changed to dark, and you have to sit back and explain, and the conditions of use are also asked in advance.
The Cliff Accor Plus gets discounted, personalized tastings, especially Thai dishes, but the chef is extremely curated, as well as breakfast Thai dishes in the food line, this is a 4-star for the food.

We stayed here for 2 nights, check in was last min but smooth, we got to our room everything was covered in mould, AC lamp shades and doors. We then had someone enter our room at 7am whilst we were in bed. Immediately called reception who gave no answer to who or what, not only this our connecting door was open when we returned back after a meal. I booked through agoda who said the hotel wouldn’t comply with any complaints or offer any further assistance

Disappointing Handling of Non-Refundable Booking
We had a non-refundable booking and requested a reschedule due to a family medical emergency. The hotel did not respond at all, leaving us with no support or resolution. This caused significant stress and financial loss. Future travelers should be aware that exceptional circumstances may not be accommodated.

Nice hotel - had everything we needed as a family of four with two little kids. The only two improvements to mention would be:
1. More Beach shuttle times (especially early in the morning)
2. More western breakfast options (bacon, pancakes, etc.)
Besides that we were more than happy with our stay!

The room we stayed in was 501, corner unit in the top floor. It was in very deplorable conditions, grime in the shower and every door had paint peeling. Marks on walls, the tv only had 7 channels. The air condition was not operating but fixed after a service call. It was a kid room with a bunk bed which the kids loved but may also explain why this unit was in such deplorable conditions. The staff was nice, and made the room daily, water is provided daily. The AC, although fixed was never as cold as other hotels we stayed at.
We met another couple on some tours, and they asked if our hotel room was in such poor state as ours, they didn’t have children, so I suspect most of the hotel needs a heavy cleaning and renovation.
The pool had a lot of moss/mold on the floor tiles. Towels were always available, the shuttle to the ao nang beach was on time but it’s a pickup truck style, where you sit on a bench in the bed.
The ao nang area is very lively, so it’s decently located for walking to restaurants, bars, salons. The night market is about a 25 min walk or 10 from the shuttle drop off. But the last shuttle is 6pm.
Breakfast buffet was included and very good, opened late until 1030.
Overall, the views of the cliffs was the best feature, we would not stay again nor would we recommend it to friends.
