Great resort. Wonderful location.
A wonderful resort with lovely accommodation, good restaurants and bar for all dining and sundowners. The view to the islands is stunning. Beautiful gardens and water features surround the property. Two very large pools. Friendly staff. It is right on the beach so perfect for a walk along the sand in the late afternoon. We would happily return to stay again.

Nice time in Krabi.
We spent a week at the Tup Kaek Beach Resort in Krabi at the end of January/beginning of February 2026. It was a beachfront bungalow, number 2415, which was very nice. It was well-maintained, spacious, and had all the amenities. The gardens are beautiful, with trees and orchids everywhere. The food is good, but the restaurant next to the beach isn't very inviting. Perhaps if they dimmed the lighting a bit and put tables on the sand, it would completely change the impression. The breakfast is very good and varied; they even make roti, a type of pancake typical of Thailand—the best of the entire trip so far, without a doubt. The beach is excellent, one of the best and least crowded in Krabi. My only criticism is that one day I saw and took pictures of a white substance that had been poured from the hotel and landed directly on the beach. They should be more careful. We would definitely return.

Family trip at the top
Ideally located overlooking a beautiful beach, this is the perfect place to rest and shark.
Very nice staff in every point.
The breakfast very good and with sea views it was great.
The on-site dining is also well, diverse and varied food.
The only reproach that could be made would be the bedding, indeed, bed and mattress very very hard and the sheets, duvet gave off a smell of moldy, it is the black spot.
It takes 30 minutes by taxi to get to the lively little town of Ao Nang, but we knew it when booking.
Very nice staff in every point.

Fresh rooms with nice views from the balcony. Good and nice bathroom with "outdoor shower".
Nice staff and great service and facilities. The hotel is located on a cozy beach with long tail excursions, however, there could be some sharp rocks and the like at the water's edge and in the sea but it's hardly the hotel's fault.

Beautiful beachfront resort, perfect for relaxation
Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort is beautifully located on a stunning, quiet beach. The resort offers both bungalows and pool access rooms, and in our opinion the Beach Bungalows and Pool Access rooms are the best choices – spacious, comfortable and with a fantastic setting.
There are two swimming pools and free sunbeds on the beach, which makes relaxing very easy. The beach restaurant is lovely, with good food and tasty drinks. As a hotel guest you receive a 10% discount, which is a nice bonus.
Breakfast was very good, with an egg station, and if you’re lucky you can sit outside with a sea view, which really makes the morning special.
The staff are very friendly and clearly try their best to make your stay pleasant. The minibar is stocked with reasonably priced items, and the room amenities are good: shampoo and shower gel are provided, the beds are comfortable, and beach towels are available.
One slightly strange point is the deposit policy: a deposit of 4000 THB in cash or €100 is required. Paying by credit card is possible, but then you receive the refund in cash. At check-out they first inspect the room before returning the deposit. We received ours back without any issues, but it still felt a bit unusual.
The area around the resort is very quiet. There are only a few other restaurants nearby and no shops within walking distance. However, it’s easy to take a Grab to Ao Nang or other nearby places if you want more activity.
Overall, if you’re looking for peace, quiet and relaxation, this is a wonderful resort in a beautiful location. Highly recommended for a calm beach getaway.
