Very Nice place to be

The Oriental Village is a Nice ressort with very friendly and helpfull staf, a good room,Nice bed,mini bar, beautifull garden, swimming pool, massge, restaurant, bycicles free to use, nearby village with local supermarket and restaurants
The place to be for a relax vacation

Ghost Hotel

Booked hotel but never arrived, tried phone hotel for two day no one answered . Don't know if hotel is open. I saw the photo and videos of resort look good. Talking to taxi driver about place. It away out of town about 45 miles, middle of nowhere with no shops, you need your own transport . Contacted Agoda got full refund back. Will look out for other reviews of this place, maybe try again if in Chiang Mai.

First bad experience

We just booked before one week. when we arrived its not satisfied us from single things.
Their resort location is out of town, Their food and service were too down.
But, yes it's too cheap as their location and comfort.
OWNER is rude and when we asked for direction "GOT RUDE ANSWER".
I don't really understand why we spent three days.

Beautiful Tranquil Nature, Friendly Helpful Staff

Stayed 2 nights in February towards end of spring season. Wonderful garden and nature in peaceful, quiet and tranquil setting amid beautiful rice fields and mountain views. The chalet (we stayed in) and surrounding premises (including swimming pool, gym area) were generally clean although make-over and touch-ups would be good and timely. Didn't know the swimming pool was fitted with heater that wasn't working as the pool water was cold. Gym equipment, deck chairs in garden and hammocks were dusty. Dart board was missing lol. The staff and especially Theo and Aew were friendly, helpful and always smiling. We always greeted the other guests whom responded back as well. The resort "Mountain View" restaurant was just great, prices were reasonable although the food quantity could be better. Overall, my experience had been good. I would get back there again in future and recommend it to others, more so if the resort is given a makeover.

beautiful resort, very friendly and helpfull staff

Oriental village is a small but very nice resort with very friendly and helpfull staff, rooms with good bed, mini bar, free coffee and tea, a good restaurant, good bicycles which are free to use.
Room is cleaned every day, the garden looks very nice, there is a nice village round the corner with a small local supermarket so when you want to relax a few days, this is the place to be!
