1. In Trip.com you say you have restaurant but you dont have, not even could buy something to drink!
2. One lady in your reception say that you have breakfast between 7-9 am, buffe, and to a cost of 150 bath per person. In the morning of 28 we coming down for eating breakfast and then people in your reception say "you have not booked any breakfast" ! So in YOUR hotel you should book breakfast in advance? Nobody told us that! This is a very strange behaviour of your staff and they are very bad in their actions.

We understand your frustration regarding the breakfast situation. We would like to clarify that during check-in, our staff informed you that breakfast was available for an additional fee of 150 baht per person, as your room reservation did not include breakfast. At that time, you opted not to add breakfast to your booking.
Therefore, when you arrived for breakfast the following morning, our staff reiterated the information provided at check-in, explaining that breakfast could still be purchased at the stated price.
We regret any miscommunication or inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve our communication and service to ensure a better experience for our guests in the future.
