Helpful and serene

Pai flora resort is so fab- think houses from the film “Juno” amongst some grassy fields. 5-10 minute walk from the main walking street which is perfect as it’s only fields surrounding you, so not noisy! The staff were so accommodating- they greeted us for a late check in, and posted my friends earphones to Chiang Mai when she forgot them!
The houses are clean and comfy, you get brought fresh water every day as well as free tea/ coffee/ biscuits. 10/10 would stay again!

Bad experience

Bad experience, huge rules for absolutely everything to the point that we seem to be in a reformatory
Bad general state of preservation and reasonable cleanliness
Receptionist very unfriendly, a little arrogant even
We had to pay 200 BTH as deposit without anyone explaining anything and without notice
We felt pretty unwanted

Avoid at all costs

Awful experience . Very rude staff . Disgusting rooms . Please avoid. I promise there is much better options nearby. Sleep on the street if you have to . check on booking.com and look at the 1 star reviews, they are lying in their responses to customers to save their reputation . Should he shut down due to the way their facilities and how they handle customer responses

Houses near Main Street in Pai

Houses near the Main Street in Pai, about 7min walk to the village Center.
The lady at the reception was nice and helpful.
However, another staff member wasn’t very nice nor helpful.
The place has way too many rules, there is lack of cleanliness in the rooms + breakfast and the water pressure in the shower was terrible

DO NOT STAY IN THIS RESORT!!!!

We had a terrible and frightening experience at this place. We were told to leave just because we had parked our van ON THE GRASS . An altercation arised due to some exchange of words with our Thai friend because he parked his van on the grass. The owner scolded us and refused to let us checked in. She also refused to refund us and informed booking.com that it was a no show.
We ended up going to the police station because the husband was following us on his bike when we left . We were really scared of him. He claimed that he is a tourist police. ..what an irony.
The police told us that there were few complaints before but sadly they didn't do anything except to talked to him.
I have reported to booking.com and they said nothing can be done.
I even wrote to Thailand Tourism Board but sad to say, no respond from them either.
It took me so long to write is because I didn't know I can write a review at TripAdvisor when I didn't book with them.
I hope this will help travellers who are thinking of going to PAI and looking for accommodation.
Please avoid this place .
If you read the reviews, it all sounded so nice and friendly place . Don't be deceived
