Do not book from Elena apartment Unit B105
There are also very good apartments in this building, but never book unit B105 from a host called Elena. That apartment was uninhabitable. It smelled like a sewer, was very shabby, no curtains to block the sunlight but the worst thing was that the bed was mouldy and was infested with little insects. We could not stay there and cancelled immediately. We did not get a refund because the owner, Elena, claimed that she had offered to fix things but she NEVER contacted us after the cancellation. We had to come up with an entirely new accomodation last minute. The representative of the owner checked the accomodation and agreed it was not in good shape and agreed with the cancellation. However, when asked for a refund or compensation after the vacation, the owner only replied in Russian and we had to use Google translate to be able to understand the message and have received none of our money back. We booked the accomodation months prior, so it wasn’t a last minute rushed booking.
NEVER ever book that appartment.

Close to Everything BUT
My Stay this time was not good at Acqua Condos, My booking was though My Pattaya Stay. Firstly, Acqua Condos is a little worn down, considering it is only about 5 years old, it needs some desperate repairs to the building and it's surrounds.
Now for the Condo I rented, It was Though My Pattaya Stay, I had arranged with them to check in Between 12pm and 12.30pm.....After several phone calls they kept saying the Girl is on her way, when the Man finally turned up at 4.30pm , YES 4.30pm , they take me to the Condo and they were still cleaning it. We I wouldn't say it was clean.....The Condo on the surface looked ok, then I started looking around and things were not in the Condo as per the list that was on the booking form. After he left , I started to check everything out, the Bathroom area and Shower section had Mould everywhere, it was terrible....The table in the Kitchen area look like it was about to fall off the wall...The windows were dirty, in the end I paid a friend to come and clean it all for me...The Bed was the most hardest thing ever to sleep on, the pillows where old...I had to ask for more towels. Now I was staying there for 27 nights, and of course their was not a washing machine....I did ask for some clean linen , which they sent over , but didn't take the old stuff away, so that just sat in the room until I checked out.....The Air Cons were very noisy and needed to be cleaned, I ended up swithing them off, because I was getting a sore throat ....This paying for water use and Eclectic to me is a joke....The Wifi was a joke, considering Thailand in Gen has great Internet....When I checked out of course the girl was there dead in time....Didn't give a SxxT about my concerns and just didn't care, all she wanted was to make sure they got there money....I will never stay there again and I highly recommend you never you use MY PATTAYA STAY , I am getting a little over the way the Thai companies just take advantage of the western tourist.......

Great value for money
The apartment we stayed in all in all was extremely cheap so we cannot complain too much. Just a few issues we had - on arriving there is no reception to collect keys so after an hour or so of using my data (which cost me a lot) is getting hold of the office they sent someone who literally gave us the key and went, so we had no information whatsoever. Also the wifi situation which stated on the website this was included, it didn’t work at all in room or even by the pool in the main area, we emailed a couple of times about this but then gave up as wasn’t a massive problem. We requested that we had 2 double beds rather than a double and bunk beds, also emailed to request this again as we were 4 adults with no children. We didn’t get the room we wanted but this wasn’t a problem as we understand it was only a request. The room with the bunk beds was way too small so the guys slept on the sofa. These were the only issues we had. The location was brilliant just a short walk to the Jomtien night market which is right on the beach, the pools were lovely - rooftop one we spent a lot of time at as it was quiet and in the perfect spot to get the sun and the main pool was very lovely too. We had use of a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, iron and board, hairdryer and a lovely shower. Staff were friendly too.
For the amazing price we paid I would come back to this hotel!!

The description of this property is not correct.
It is not a hotel. The amenities listed above are not true. There iare two rooftop pools , out of order, and one ground floor pool. There is a gym. There is no bar , restaurant, laundry, shuttle bus or anything else mentioned. The rooms are not cleaned . There is a serious plumbing problem’which Causes reflux odours and it is very bad in the two buildings. There is no reception to deal with arrivals and departures, an office is open in the daytime but doesn’t deal with individual problems.

This Place is not a Hotel
The complex is a condo type apartment not any type of hotel. Yet individual owners work independently to hire out their units which is actually illegal. So all these reviews you read, in fact, are about different units and their different managements. You might get a flawless experience if you are lucky or totally oposite if not. Your call...
