Unsavory receptionist

Accommodated in this hotel from 17.12.2025 to 25.12.2025, put us in room 3406 third building. The hotel certainly doesn't match 5 stars, there are many negatives. The first most basic thing is the totally unwelcome girl at the front desk who processed us, who in the future continued to behave unkindly. After receiving the keys, they went to their room, to which no one escorted us despite the fact that no one else checked in but us and the staff were available. The entrance to the building has a small staircase with a suitcase not very comfortable. The rooms are small, cramped, but quite cozy, everything quite clean. The balcony is very small, without furniture and drying for laundry. Windows open to a gas station, 24-hour mechanical car wash and car service. Washing doesn't prevent you from sleeping, it doesn't work very noisy, but car service workers sometimes after work play their national music so loudly that you can hear around and enjoy beer after work. The room has a TV with wifi and smart tv function, which is very convenient if you were to work the wifi itself in this room it does not work despite the best efforts of the engineer as he explained to us afterwards there should be another wifi router next to the room but it is not, and that signal that comes from another router is far lacking as there are many walls in its path. So we asked for a replacement number, we were promised the next day. The next day, they refused to change our room, saying there was no room available. Eventually, after a long argument, the same unfriendly receptionist girl contacted the hotel manager at our insistence and another room was found for us. We were told to pack up and come to the front desk with all our things for new room keys. To which we asked this detractor girl to give us the key to the new room so we could move all our things gradually to the new room. I gave out the key and sent three employees to our room to move our stuff, which we didn't ask for. I ended up packing up in a hurry, forgetting some of the stuff in the old suite. Checked into room 1211. This room has no balcony, slightly different interior but overall not worse or better than the previous one. But it already worked wifi virtually without interruptions, which made it possible to use TV, YouTube, etc. To take a shower you have to get in the bath, it didn't cause us any problems. Breakfasts are decent, practically everything was well prepared, at the entrance meets the manager always wondering how things are, the waiters are friendly.

Overall experience was good, friendly people, place was clean. Breakfast was so so.
The room was big and comfortable, but the pillows were so hard and high. I am used to low pillows, so it's my personal feelings.
But I don't understand why they have a glass window inside the bathroom, every time someone goes to the washroom, will wake up the person who's sleeping inside the room, unless one is traveling alone.

A 3-star rank is appropriate.

Hotel booking websites rank the hotel as having five stars, but it is actually in the 3-3.5 star class. Facilities, rooms are old, staff are arrogant, service-wise and breakfast are all under three stars. Only rooftop pools at 3.5-4 star level?
Upon check-in, you will be asked 500 BHT in cash, no credit card deposits accepted.
Terminal 21 is within walking distance, but it takes 12-15 minutes, so walking during the day is a bit difficult. (I hope I can ride Sundaewoo in the sink at the right time)
