Very good Boutique hotel, It’s not a 5 star hotel but a solid 4. Water pressure and AC are very good, bed is comfortable and TV has a variety of channels. They provide a welcome gift in the room which has a microwave and electric kettle. Place is very relaxed as I never heard much noise from anyone when I was there.

I really recommend this hotel. Everything is very nice and convenient. The pool has nice views can see Pattaya. Room is modern and big.

Second time too many
It was the second time I came to this hotel in less than a year and it was too much. Maybe because of my skin color, I would never get the answer because the first time the reservation was not in my name and we had a card each. In short, during the first two, three days, the reception didn’t want to give us a second card (this is the first time it happened to me so I came 21 times to Thailand) when there were two of us in the room with two single beds for no reason. So we had to ask the front desk to open the door every time we had to go home because we had left the card in the room, because if my friend comes home instead of me, he will have access to electricity on the first day. They didn't mind. Then they didn’t like being asked to open one day. The maid, when she opened the door, told us: "Next time it's 100 baht." So I went to the front desk and asked them why we don't have a second card. After much discussion, she gives a second card. The maid does not broom, she just makes the bed and replaces the towels. Three days before leaving, another surprise awaits us. We left in the morning, we come back in the late afternoon. The receptionist says: "Sir, you broke something in your room, it's 6,000 baht." I ask her what she's talking about. This one shows me the picture of the bottom of the cracked washbasin that they put in plaster, etc. In the picture below the cracked sink, where is the shock point? Who says we broke up? So she doesn't know what to say. I say to him: “I’m going upstairs, I’m coming.” I go upstairs, I look at what she tells me: there was a crack under the sink, plugged. I take pictures of the room, which is not scanned, etc., and come back down. So I said to her: the maid saw the crack underneath, but she hasn’t picked up the mini toothpaste on the shelf at the bottom of the sink for a week and the floor, she doesn’t see that it’s dirty to clean, but she saw the crack at the bottom of the sink, she doesn’t know what to answer because I bring her the photos and I say: go up with me. There's a man coming up with me. I said to him: the room was made, we agree. Look at the bedroom floor, it's dirty. I show her the bottom of the bathroom, I tell her: she saw the crack, but she hasn’t picked up the toothpaste in a week. Downstairs, she's not cleaning. He's coming down, talking to the receptionist in Thai. She said, "I'll call my manager, we'll see about him." He's not answering his phone. She tells me that she will come back to us one day, nothing. We're going to see her for something else, and she says, "It's good for the sink, you don't have to pay anything." Luckily the maid wasn't doing her job well. For me, it was a racketeering attempt. For me, the maid of the 4th floor, for 3 days, she left us only a pool towel for two. The wallpaper cracks, I was borderline afraid that it would be me after this attempt. My stay was from 15 February 2024 to 25 February 2024

Room is spacious. Bed is cozy. Pool is nice. Only location that a bit further out from the beach and nice restaurants.

Really good hotel, the beds were amazing. The pool was also really nice on the roof, however very cold water.
Everything was good except the breakfast which was extremely poor and something we only used the first morning.
Would stay here again due to beds but it was a little far to walk to from the good streets.
