A budget-friendly hotel surrounded by vibrant nightlife bars

A cozy, well-kept room with reliable Wi-Fi, situated right in 'Xzyte Square.' As this is a lively nightlife area filled with bars and restaurants, please note that it can get a bit noisy in the evenings.

Terrible, avoid it

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.
Very big disappointment. The room was dirty and a strong bad smell was coming from it, especially in the bathroom. I reported the problem and they offered me a room change. Unfortunately, upon arriving in the new room, a strong perfume smell was clearly used to mask an unpleasant odor once again.
The air conditioning was not working properly and there was no hot water, which is unacceptable.
The reception staff is cold, unwelcoming, and sometimes contemptuous. Unlike most hotels where I have stayed in Thailand, no one bothers to say hello or welcome you with a smile.
Faced with all these problems, I asked to shorten my stay. They simply replied that the hotel's policy did not allow any refunds in case of early departure. No commercial gesture was offered despite the numerous inconveniences encountered.
I strongly advise against this hotel. For the price, it is possible to find much cleaner, more comfortable, and much more professional establishments in Pattaya.

I had a double room overlooking the main street which could get loud after about 10pm, take ear plugs, I did and I had an excellent sleep, I was on the 7th floor in C block, (there are 3 blocks, A,B and C). My room was excellent, no complaints but I think the safety barrier for the outside balcony was a bit low to be honest. It is just a few minutes walk to all the bars on Soi Buakhao and there are many to choose from. I loved this hotel to be honest but would have preferred if it was a bit cheaper. The Aircon worked faultlessly and was fairly quiet if you didn't have the fan on. I didn't try the on site restaurant but there is a 7 11 right next door and more bars, and women, that you could shake a stick at. Great place, thoroughly recommend it.

It's ok hotel, nothing special. Affordable. Breakfast average. There is plenty of bars around so can be little noisy night time.
Weirdly they have self service washing machine and tumb dryer , work with 10 baht coins, but they don't have any coins to change, and nearby business won't change ,maybe many asked before ,that was very annoying , why advertise self machine end don't have coins to exchange

Nice room with very good prize. Nice staff. Have little balcony.
Some rooms bit noisy because bars close by.
Shower won't give warm water.
