In the heart of the jungle

In the middle of the jungle, complete change of scenery.
Wake up by the monkeys in the windows. Restaurant and drinks of the hotel very good and very decent price.
For a better hearing experience, consider turning off the fans at night to listen to the animals.
No swimming pool but the river passing behind with a monkey rope for children to play.
1km walk from the main street bar, restaurant, exchange (rate not terrible)

Nice location in unique surroundings but well balanced...

Pros · The environment is great, you feel like you are in the middle of the Jungle among all the critters and matching sounds. It is a spacious location with many separate lodges. Food is fine, whether this is in the morning or in the evening, also in terms of price very reasonable. Friendly staff who are helpful if you have to. There are many excursions, transport and activity possibilities, there is no doubt about this and the rates are posted everywhere. In the rooms a QR code that you can scan (if you have Internet in Thailand, there is no wifi in the lodges).
Cons · Despite the fact that we knew where we were going, the accommodation we stayed in was disappointing. Bathroom is spacious but not ventilated, in Lodge without air conditioning this is a musty intention, everything will smell too. There is no room to store and or display suitcases in a room for 4 people. The cleaning is apparently something you have to declare, you have to leave the key in the morning in special tray. This is not explained to us on arrival... Because of the many open spaces in the restaurant (without (shelter) there is almost no possibility to sit decently with breakfast or dinner in rain showers (which we unfortunately had a lot). In rain, the energy supply is also a challenge so a flashlight is recommended.

Paradise in the jungle

Amazing food and staff! We loved our stay here, they were helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We stayed at another more expensive place and it was terrible compared to Arts View. I would highly recommend it and the food in the restaurant.

Had an amazing stay in the jungle at Art's Riverview Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable, but be aware that you should keep the lights off after nightfall and use a flashlight to avoid attracting bugs to your room. Watch out for the monkeys too, don't leave anything out on the balcony or they will throw it away!

Staff is extremely rude, except one young man. Gave us whatever room they felt like, lady said I booked a random room 😆although the reservation clearly said the room type. She changed it though after a brief argument. Room was extremely hot, no AC, only a couple of fans. Bed and towels were dirty. Property is cute though, too bad the staff is rude.
