Friendly,perfect for one night stop

The hotel is quite reasonable and the price is good.Close to night market ,a lot of food.The room is basic but very clean. The office and check in is across the lane. Parking is in the compound of the office or outside the hotel.Breakfast options were a bit limited but you can eat all day.Wifi is good.The owners are super friendly and helped us.

First and last time

When you consider how remote the place is from everything, that a car is needed but there are only 3 parking spaces in front of the building, that you can feel every one of those springs in the box spring, that the street dogs in the neighborhood bark incessantly, and that fellow travelers’ activities come through the plastic door loud and clear, this place cannot be 4.6 (as shown in Google Maps), at least not in my book.
I would add half a star if the lights were a bit brighter; another half a star if the dark grey cement walls were given a coat of light color paint. In addition, half a star more for adding a second electrical outlet in the room and finally another half star for installing a hot water heater in the shower.
This reviewer has only admiration for travelers who put up with the inconveniences cited and whose superlative ratings led me to this less-than-welcome experience.

Location in a village setting

The hotel is quite reasonable and the price is good. The room is basic but clean. When we arrived at the hotel we were a bit puzzled with its location. It is surrounded by run down village houses and empty land with overgrown lawns. The office and check in is across the lane. Parking is in the compound of the office or outside the gate.

Friendly - the perfect pre island stop

Picks up where the reviews left off! Great stay at the 4Hearts. New, clean and quiet, it ticks all the boxes. The owners are super friendly and helped us (via email) with our transfers from the hotel to the pier to then to go Koh Samui. They even gave us a free lift into the night market to grab some dinner The only thing I would say is that I thought the breakfast options were a bit limited. But in the grand scheme of things a few slices of toast do the trick.

One of the best places I've stayed!

Firstly have to mention how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Always concerned with the guests needs. They offered free transport to the night market and also the bus station when I needed to checkout. The facilities were spotless, everything functioning perfectly. Free water also given on arrival. Overall a fantastic place to stay. I would really recommend it if you're stopping by in surat thani. Could not be happier.
