Lovely stay
The owners of these villas were very lovely and helpful. They made sure we always had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the swimming pool was very deep and lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here for family with kids and groups of friends.

We had 3 weeks in may at baan jasmin village and enjoyed every moment, Aart and his family were very helpful with information about the local area and further afield. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our break and we will definitely be returning next year, would recommend this spot for a nice quite relaxing time.

Amazing place to stay
I stayed with 4 friends for 3 nights in one of the villa on the site. From the arrival to the departure everything was perfect.
We were greeted by Aart the owner as soon as our taxi arrived, he gave us a very warm greeting and made us fell like family, he then introduced us to his wife and daughter which made us even more feel like family.
As we were in low season Aart even let us choose the house we wanted to stay in.
The house is quite big with a large open space including the kitchen, the lounge and the dining area. There is not air conditioning downstairs but it is present in all bedrooms which is a must. Each bed rooms have their own balcony which is very practical. There is 2 bathrooms in each house which is useful when you are many people sharing.
The kitchen is a nice size and fully equipped.
Aart is also renting scooters at a very reasonable price which we took advantage and rented 3 for the 4 days.
Unfortunately I had a scooter accident on the second day, I called Aart as soon as it happened and he was on site within 10 minutes. This allowed to see his extend of customer service as Aart came with me to the hospital, waited while I was having treatment, brought me back to the property. He then came to check on me every hour to see if I was feeling ok and if I needed anything, he even invited for lunch with his wife and daughter, I will never thank him enough for doing so.
My worse feeling was to leave Aart and his family and I am sure that I will come back again in the future but this time I will stay away form the scooters.
There is a food market open every day at 5 minutes drive from the house where you can get some really fresh food to cook in the house.
The house is perfectly located on the island especially for the people who would like to be in a quiet place far away from the parties with loud music lasting the whole night.
The swimming pool is really nice and big and free wifi is available also.

Nice place good for kids
Stay here for 2 weeks with my wife and 2 year old.
Great place nice pool with kids paddling pool attached
Great beach within a short walk.
Taxi out the front if you want to head anywhere.
The owner if very friendly and more than happy to help.

Perfect stay in a beautiful villa
We went to Koh Samui with a group of six girl for a school project. We are a very international group, from Finland, Denmark, China and the Netherlands. For our project we had to research the Choeng Mon beach area.
We stayed in baan Jasmin village for two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. The houses have everything you need and are very spacious. The location is very good, the nice beach and everything is within walking distance. We walked to all places during most of our stay here, but one of us also rented a motorbike to be able to visit other parts of the island.
The Choeng Mon beach is a very beautiful and calm beach with nice, soft and clean sand, perfect for a relaxing day. There is plenty of restaurants in the area for both Thai and European food. Chaweng and the airport are also very close by.
The landlord Aart was also a very friendly and helpfull man. He helped us a lot with our difficulties and was always up for a nice chat. The swimming pool was amazing, we spend a lot of time there. There is also a nice garden which makes the atmosphere even better. The villa is perfect for families and groups of friends, you can all stay together is a nice house in a safe environment.
