amazing amenities
went for breakfast one morning and dinner in the evening, spent many days on their beach chairs and furniture, each experience was amazing, staff are friendly, food is very good and reasonably priced, hotel looks lovely to stay in and it’s a lovely spot on the beach

One of the worst hotel experiences
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.
The room smelled terrible from the moment we entered. We couldn’t open the balcony door because lizards would come into the room. When we turned on the air conditioning, it smelled strongly of mold.
The bathroom was in a very poor condition: the ceiling was covered with mold stains, and the tiles were extremely dirty. The hygiene was so bad that it was practically impossible to take a shower.
We reported the problem to the reception, but nothing was really done. They sent a lady to “clean”, but she barely did anything in the bathroom. The manager showed no real interest in solving the issue and simply said there were no other rooms available.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I would definitely not recommend staying here

Evergreen resort
I stayed at this resort for 10 days. Since there were 4 of us, we had to get two rooms; my husband and I were in the Deluxe villa and my children in the rooms above the reception. Our little villa was very nice, provided with everything, towels always clean and water always available, recent furniture, air conditioner working perfectly. My children's room was just right for them, even if the furniture was a bit dated and they could give the walls a fresh coat of paint! The bathroom, like the fixtures, was a bit old, but for two teenagers it was just fine. Towels and water always available. OK for room cleaning. The resort is immersed in a super well-kept and beautiful green area. Breakfast is scarce, the fruit juices are concentrated and super sugary, repetitive, lots of local food already first thing in the morning, salad, tomatoes, and eggs..... For us Westerners, tiny croissants that disappeared immediately, jam (no Nutella or similar), bread (no cheese/ham)....let's say a breakfast not suitable for those who think of it as a sweet breakfast! The sun loungers are there but tied together, so you couldn't follow the sun, everyone in the same position, and between one lounger and the other I could barely fit my beach bag. If you wanted an umbrella, you had to pay extra. Very quiet setting, no loud music like in other resorts.
All in all, the resort is okay; at the reception they are always very friendly, as is the cleaning staff. Too bad about the breakfast and the lounge chairs. Perfect location, shops, restaurants, and much more outside.... I recommend Green Bird as a local restaurant; you eat very well while spending little.

Gone downhill
Stayed here a few times in the past and was pleasant. But this time There’s been a rat issue which I’ve addressed for the 2nd night and the staff have made minimal efforts to resolve the issue. Bit stuck and unsure what to do tbh

Great restaurant, friendly servers.
Servers at the restaurant here are excellent and very friendly, we were looked after by Sonic, Kai and Bow. Good western and Thai food menu that is great value. Husband had Thai prawn dish and I had seafood marinara which was great and very tasty. Delicious coconut ice cream too. Happy hour is on until 9.30 with cocktails and some spirits for 99 baht. Restaurant is right on the beach so lovely setting and you can also watch hotel next doors fire show! Highly recommended.
