Great budget accomodation

I stayed here for 13 nights in September, it does what it says on the tin.
Clean, nice staff, inexpensive room, after all, its all I need. I only sleep and shower there, didn't use the pool as the beach is close by, but would have had the sea been a bit rough, as it was in March.

Far from Perfect!

Note: I did not chose this hotel! It was booked for us when we booked and paid for a Thailand Trip that was offered to Hubby through his Muay Thai Trainer in the UK!
Having pre read the reviews I was already prepared for “worst case scenario” or so I thought ……
I walked into the room, it was dark and dated!
Ok but is it clean???
Bathroom was in desperate need of some tlc, and lots of bleach! Aircon was not far off jet engine levels of noisy! Fridge was dirty!
Sat on the chair; was without doubt the most uncomfortable chair ever! So I moved to the bed! Hard but at this stage more comfortable than the chair!
I then noticed a stain on the sheet…….. on closer inspection it was actually on the mattress protector but the sheet was still far from clean! Many worn in stains was already concerning and then I saw the bugs! No idea what they were, but they jumped! I then turned over one of the pillows to see a splattering of stain resembling bodily fluid! So we complained! And they came in and changed the pillow cases!
I bit my tongue and we went for a walk…….. ensuring that none of our personal items outside of the casing of the luggage was touching any area of this room!
Door wouldn’t lock! Managed it finally but it wasn’t an easy feat.
Once outside and sat in a cafe, I pulled out my phone and got onto booking dot com! Found another hotel and checked straight in returning only to collect our luggage and hand back the key!

bad experience.

Not recommended. quite bad experience. the service was bad and the staff was quite quite. the worst this is that they did not listen to anything i said, never going to use there service again ever in my life.

The owner daughter was so ruse, adking me fo 700 bath to chMgd the sheets after I paid 30000 bath for one month. w me room 3 times because she said some guest booked the room I was in (3 times) amd their AC machine are so old that they make souch noise. Not talking about the tv that are square tv from the last century. But after all what I never forget is the unfairness, I just felt considered like a wallet more than a human

Excellent stay

The owners are very friendly. We arrived at 9:30am, well before check-in time but this was not a problem for them. While we waited for someone to check out, the owner brought us coffee and a bunch of bananas and tea and biscuits for the kids. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed. There is free water, a kettle and toaster. The location is excellent. Right on the main street and a 5-minute walk to the beach (we cut through the Weekender resort). The rooms are big, the shower nice and the bed very comfortable (we have had some very hard beds in Thailand so this was heaven in comparison).
