Again and again

We had a very nice stay. The room was large and pleasant, even if the outdoor terrace could have been a little more beautiful. Unfortunately, little real daylight came into the room through the frosted glass.
We barely noticed the construction site. There is unfortunately no real stretch of beach, but to emphasize positively is that we have gotten sunbeds both at the pool and on the beach at any time without any problems.
We would particularly like to praise the service: Especially Lily was always in a good mood, warm and very friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

false advertising. bait and switch scam.

lovely listing on booking.com with a lovely pool and a beach etc….
we arrived to no pool and no beach. you can see the sea but it’s also where the guys building this pool are washing their cement bowls out.
Ann is a great receptionist and really polite.
We were offered a free trip to a pool at a sister hotel which they couldn’t offer a room at despite there being rooms listed on booking.com and it being near empty when we got there.
We were told if we found another place to stay we could have a full refund. So we said okay let’s go to the pool and discuss our options.
We came back to the hotel and told the staff we’d like to leave and have our refund. the room had not been used, nothing in their hotel had been touched by us.
We were told because we arrived back after 17:30 we are going to be charged one night even tho we were literally with our bags checking out. Our taxi was also taking other guests to beach parties etc before our drop off which delayed the time we arrived back. they also tried to get us to pay 600 bhat for a cab when outside they’re 300 …. lol
Honestly the cheek of money grabbing scammers misinforming guests online to profit off of their disappointment.
Anyway, another trip in a shared taxi is always exciting and we gonna go party on haad rin instead.
don’t bother booking this place.
Waste of time and money and also spending on taxis to get here.
not good.

We appreciate all comments and are disappointed that you had a bad experience.We do apologise that there was construction happening at your check in and possibly miscomunication regarding this. We plan on improving our facilities to improve our facilities and guest experiences and have to push in order to complete it quickly.I do feel your heading caption and rating is unfair as there is no false advertising bait or scam.We have been establishd since 2006 and pride ourselves on good service and quality. We continually have to upgrade and maintain in order to stay in line with the times and am sorry that this upgrade was taking place during your trip date.

Top location .Highly recommended.

We have been helped by the owner,our resort where we would stay was very dirty .We were immediately welcomed and 2 rooms were made ready .We have been helped with our suitcases .from a to b and were very welcome .It is sincerely a very nice resort ,beautiful rooms .Very spacious and finely decorated .the staff is really great nice and the food is also super .Also the breakfast is great .I had some power problems in my room, 5 min later I was in a new ,even bigger room .Again helped by very friendly staff .If you have a problem here,they will solve it for you .

Great location, wonderful hotel and staff. A unique place that has its own thai charm. Highly reccomended and would look to stay again. Thank you to Bobbies and staff.
