Exceptional Service & Beautiful Resort

Everything was amazing, as always! A special thank you to Bovee and her wonderful team—Tu, Mind, Ram, Sek, Y Bank, Yui, and J. They provided exceptional service throughout our stay and created such a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our vacation even more enjoyable.
The resort itself is stunning, the beachfront is absolutely beautiful, and everything was well maintained. We always feel so relaxed and well taken care of here. We highly recommend this resort and can't wait to come back!

Not the typical 4-star hotel one expects when coming to a seaside resort in Thailand: too, too much concrete
It was not the typical 4-star property we expected to find in Thailand on the island of Koh Samui. Modern property and very kind and helpful staff. Aside from this, upon arrival it doesn't feel like arriving at a resort but at an apartment building, as the room entrances face directly onto the street: every time we opened the room door, smog would come in. I had read in other reviews that it would have been better to avoid these rooms, but since it was a “sea view room” I took it for granted that it would be far from the road, be careful!! We tried to change to one further from the road, but by then they were all already occupied. The pool is nice but there is no shade, just concrete all around. At check-out we mentioned it to the manager and he confirmed that it had been a problem for several people, too hot everywhere you went… Even on the beach you suffocate because the umbrellas are located right up against a concrete wall that borders the entire property, not even a plant to provide shade. During the day we would move a few hundred meters from the resort and there it was a whole other story: beach resorts immersed in vegetation, where the umbrellas were in the shade of large trees that guaranteed a decidedly more acceptable temperature.
Last sore point, breakfast: only 2 tables in the air-conditioned area, all the others outside under a transparent plexiglass structure that created a greenhouse effect in addition to not providing shade from the sun. Only a few tables in a semi-shaded area... the food is acceptable but has a lot to improve: industrial fruit juices, nothing fresh, local fruit is good but poorly displayed in a small fridge shared with savory food, always crowded with people...
In general, it may be fine for couples and families without small children, no minimal play area apart from the pool where it is difficult to stay anyway because of the excessive heat.
Last sore point, breakfast: only 2 tables in the air-conditioned area, all the others outside under a transparent plexiglass structure that created a greenhouse effect in addition to not providing shade from the sun. Only a few tables in a semi-shaded area... the food is acceptable but has a lot to improve: industrial fruit juices, nothing fresh, local fruit is good but poorly displayed in a small fridge shared with savory food, always crowded with people...

Nice hotel with small flaws
Very nice small hotel, beautiful rooms, quite quiet location, super clean and the staff is very friendly
The reception is unfortunately very unfriendly!!
They want a lot of money for a late check-out!! ( 8000 Baht for 3 hours) There is only the option to shower in a beach restroom, no separate rooms; you also have to change clothes there, not very hospitable, because everyone from the beach goes to the restroom at the same time and watches you while you shower !!! ( no shower curtain )
The beach is brilliantly beautiful, the pool is very small, it looks bigger in pictures ! The rooms with pool access have a small trickle that is used by distant rooms, so that everyone can look into your room or onto your terrace ( room ) and it is not direct access to the main pool as described!
Advantage of this hotel: very quiet location!! Disadvantage: 2 km away from the main strip Chaweng Road, ( if you want to party ) otherwise you pay approx 100-200 Baht for a shared taxi that takes you to the party strip.
Breakfast has a large selection, everything is very clean, just a bit monotonous; some variety would be great. Coffee machine always super clean! If something is empty, it is refilled IMMEDIATELY
The cleaning staff works very cleanly, rooms are always TOP and everyone is very friendly!
Upgrade for a room on-site is very expensive!! They want about 8000 Baht per night for an ocean villa and 5000 Baht per night for a garden villa with a very small pool.
Conclusion: would book this hotel again immediately as it is very clean and quiet. !

I wish I could be a little more amiable and stay pleasant.
It is located towards the end of Chaweng Beach, so it is not noisy and the beach is calm and comfortable. The front desk staff are not smiling and amiable, but they do their work properly, such as requests. During my stay at the beach front private pool room, the female staff at this hotel are amiable, especially the young female staff in the open dining room who bake omelettes at the breakfast venue is the worst, constantly touch the smartphone and do not listen to the order satisfactorily, do not answer, want to touch the smartphone quickly and burn it is also bullshit, it is absurd, it is strange that such staff can work. The male staff who clean the pool etc. every day, the male staff at the breakfast venue are also able to greet you properly and are amiable and feel good, so you lose it with the female staff
