First of all it would have been nice to know that we needed to bring 10000 baht in cash as deposit. I think this is a lot to bring in cash, and not just reserve as wire transfer
Second of we ended up staying the entire stay with only hot water for 1 day, even they said they fixed it 3 times.
If we had actually been 6 people as they state can stay at this villa, we wouldn’t have had plates or cutlery enough, as there where only 4-5 of each, so even you had a kitchen you wouldn’t have been able to use it
You have an oven but nothing to cook in that can go in the oven, so pretty useless
All in all I think this place needs a big round of maintenance to get back to what it probably was
Im disappointed since the price was the same as for 5 star hotels, so would have been better off with that

Unfortunately not satisfactory!

A tip. Before you book and pay, ask whether the construction of the building next to the villa has been completed. If not, you will have drilling, banging, sawing, hammering, shouting and loud music from 7 a.m. until late in the evening. Even on Saturdays and Sundays. So relaxing by the pool or sleeping late is not an option. Furthermore, the grounds of the villa cannot yet be closed off because the garage door has not yet been installed. This means that anyone can simply walk in. The toilet near the living room was not functioning. It could not be used. These were the most important things to mention. If we had known all this, we would not have booked or paid. For this money, you can get much better elsewhere.
