Comfortable Stay

We where there on a school trip, the check-in process was very efficient. The rooms where nice and spacious, equipped with a refrigerator, and toiletries.
Breakfast was nice, a large variety of foods was serves, from fried rice, curry to toast, eggs and sausages.

economic hotel and good hotel

if we have own car, it's very good. roomy for parking. hotel location is far from suratthani downtown. hard to find the public transportation. the price of room is cheap and room is clean, enough space. breakfast is ok. good service from staffs.

Do they know the Purpose of Wireless was for Internet Access?

Pleasantly comfortable. Has everything basic in the room necessary for a decent night’s stay on business trip. Lack of English TV channels, so there were only local contents to watch, such as news, news and more news. Or, Thai low budget local series which if you have nothing to do in the night, you scrutinized every bit of their mediocre acting. And the reason for having nothing better to do was because I could not access the Internet for work. They had wireless, but I think they may yet to find out that connecting the network to the Internet was actually necessary. To wrap it all up, very affordable basic night’s stay.

Average.

Arrived late evening and enquired if they could book a taxi for early the next morning, in which they gave us a thai phone number. Room was basic and clean but full of mosquitos, not a particularly nice view.
Continental breakfast was advertised as fruit juice or tea, fruit or toast, however they didn't have any fruit...
Got taxi from reception, short wait, when the taxi driver arrived he asked many questions about our journey ahead and insisted that we wouldn't be able to reach our location as there were "no buses" because of Songkran, we knew different as Songkran wasn't for another couple of days and we'd done our research. Conveniently he offered to drive us all the way there. However, we finally managed to communicate that we needed to get to the station regardless.
The hotel itself was noisey due to the other guests and the lift, noise seems to travel around the hotel.
Average place as a whole but fine for one night stopover.

TOO BAD TO ACCEPT

I booked for 2 nights with the same room as I had rest here before. On the day they informed me that the room is not available. They moved us to the fourth floor and the really dark. The way to the room is very terrify and the room is not clean enough.
