Here the price-performance ratio is absolutely right

The Forest Hotel is a good value hotel just behind the main road.
To the beach there is a hotel shuttle (100 Baht one way) and worked perfectly via Whatsapp. There are numerous restaurants (we can recommend the Dang to everyone, is just before the Seven Eleven) in the area and what else you need.
Prices there are a lot cheaper than restaurants near the beach.
The people at reception are great .. have great info, tips and solve any problem very quickly.
Why book expensive hotel directly on the beach when you get the same here for cheaper prices just without sea view and with shuttle access to the beach.
The greenery within the hotel is absolutely pretty with great attention to detail.
Room was sufficiently large and practical, all rooms have either pool view or direct access to the pool and there are also pool villas.
Rooms are well protected against noise and the balcony is very large. View of the pool and nature with birdsong - just great.
We especially liked the spray mist shower - wonderful.
Breakfast is Asian and European so you can always find something.
Staff are absolutely friendly and superb.
A well-equipped gym is available and yoga classes are held.
There is even a hotel cat with collar (house-clean, cuddly and well-groomed) that sleeps occasionally on the reception, we found great :)
Due to the price-performance ratio, mostly German and Swiss guests were at the hotel.
Conclusion If you like nature unbd evening peace and quiet at a reasonable price, choose the Forest Resort.

Great stay at Forest Resort

Great resort - had an excellent stay. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed great. Fridge and kettle in the room. Breakfast buffet is really good, lots of options and eggs made to order. Staff very helpful and attentive. Great swimming pool and small gym on site. 20 min walk into the main street with the night market, quiet area. Good value for money. Good for those with families as well. Would stay again.

The room was large and clean. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic and good enough. Overall it was good value!
The location was just off the main road. And easily walkable to the local shops and the night market.

Stayed in a room on the ground floor offering pool access. The room was spacious the bathroom was average size. The resort is tucked away from the main road reducing the noise levels offering a very quiet and peaceful stay. The daily breakfast gave a lot of western options, a plus was the automatic coffee machine!
