Great for the money

We stayed in the family room while visiting relatives close to Udon and found it a very comfortable stay . The rooms are modern and well appointed .
It is a fair walk to town but we had a hire car so not so much a problem for us but when we needed, the hotel staff sorted us out a taxi . A 7-11 is a minutes walk away which is also handy.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but one or two could do with some pr training.
As pointed out in other reviews you can here activity in the hallways .
We stayed at a number of hotels this trip , some costing 4 times as much as this one and this was most defiantly the most comfortable for a family of 3 . Hopefully they can keep it well maintained and up to standard. Will use again in future visits to Udon.

I booked our 2 day stay for 3 people however we had to pay an additional fee to get a third towel each day

It's an OK Stay - But do NOT expect Fireworks!!!

Room # 404
A typical Thai run hotel.
Customer Service is non-existent!
Reception staff play and listen to loud music all day long - a customer arriving is just an irritation to their day!!!
Room are appointed OK - but there are NO Bathroom amenities offered.
Walls are 'Paper Thin' we could hear the activities of the couple next door plus all the foot traffic of other customers out of the lift and walking to their rooms!!!
Breakfast was VERY good, the cooking of Thai food fantastic :) You will not find any Bacon here though......
The bed was VERY VERY HARD - woke with a Sore Back :(
Quite a rural location, so Dogs and Chickens can be heard most of the night!
We used Google Maps to guide us here, otherwise may be hard to find it you are Not an Udon resident.
We would stay here again, however preferred the Brown Hotel ( which was full up on this occasion )
We visited the night markets all along ThongYai Road - Excellent shopping and tasty street food..... Well worth a visit.
