Friendly Hotel

This was my first visit not only to this hotel but also Tunisia and I definitely will return. It was my friends 4th visit and she loves it here.
We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff, from reception to cleaners. The waiters in the restaurant look after you, as do the bar staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to the young lad who worked at the bar ( unfortunately didn't get his name) but he was fantastic,. Also the Animation team especially Shazy , they all took time to chat to you
The bedroom was very clean and was serviced daily. We both used the spa facility and enjoyed wonderful treatments.
The beach was beautiful, just a shame the beach bar wasn't open but appreciated it was slightly off season.
Thank you Royal Kenz for making our holiday wonderful.

Amazing hot week in Tunisa ☀️

Excellent Hotel with lovely spacious grounds! The staff were amazing, especially the entertainment (shout out to Ahmed for the chat and banter each evening). Food was amazing, loads of choice each day! A few small hiccups with later check in than stated online cause our room wasn't ready on time and continual missing towels even when asking at reception most days for new ones that werent replaced. We were also lead on by an activity staff member to book at Catamaran which ended up being 'cancelled' with a poor excuse so were were kinda ushered onto a pirate ship tour which didn't quite match what we originally booked. Overall.. an amazing week, amazing hotel and excellent company.. including staff and friends we made over the week! :D

Excellent hotel

Very good hotel, clean and variety of food. Entertainment team are excellent. Ahmed and the team are friendly and they make sure that you have a fun holiday. Definitely recommend this hotel :)

2nd time at this amazing hotel! The staff at this hotel is what makes it so special! Shout out to Ahmed, he was amazing throughout our whole holiday! He was so friendly and enthusiastic, and we especially enjoyed his Aqua Gym and Aqua Zumba sessions. He brought such great energy and really helped make our holiday memorable. Thank you, Ahmed!

September break

Hotel as a whole was a bit dated and needed modernisation
Rooms are on the smaller size
Restaurant staff were all extremely helpful in particular the head chef and head patisserie chef as I have a nut allergy so went round with me each day to let me know what i could and could not have
Entertainment team were all amazing
Especially Ahmed, Luffey and smiley who all went above and beyond each day
Location was within a good distance from the airport
