Good Price Quality Ratio

Hello,
I spend a week at the Hotel el fell with my friends in August 2025 I want to leave my opinion
To start the rooms very correct and clean Even if you find a problem and you reported it it will be quickly taken care of
For the food personally I didn’t like and it wasn’t really varied or good, the pool and the beach is great
For the staff the girls at the reception are very welcoming unlike the elderly gentleman who comes in the evening
Animation is top we did fold of activity with the animation team hijja rombo and the other two young man sorry I forgot their name for the animator she is unpleasant and borderline insolent
The hotel wholesale not bad for a 03 stars avoid leaving in August and end of July

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel which was recommended by an instagrameuse..when we arrive with our voucher for 2 double ms rooms, we are told that c complete we had the choice between 2 communicating rooms with a single shower and 2 separate beds as in a university hostel, or spend the first night in their annex Anber el fell of 4* and return the next day, of course on 2nd option the room was excellent but more than 2h waiting to have it, the next day back to our hotel, room some very old and cherry on the cake constant power cut night and day..the housekeeper when she takes the towels she replaces more, the animation is dedicated only for Algerians, average food only strong pool and beach.

Very disappointing stay despite pleasant staff

I stayed at Hotel El Fell and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we found ants and insects in the room, almost non-existent cleanliness with stained sheets, old and dust-covered curtains, and a sloppy housekeeping where maids simply remake the bed without cleaning the floor, bathroom or mirrors. In the common areas and in the restaurant, the chairs are dirty with leftover food, and the whole thing clearly lacks maintenance. The pool is also a great disappointment: the water is hot, not at all refreshing, dirty and obviously poorly maintained, which takes away all the pleasure of swimming. Air conditioning is another major problem: no central system, very old air conditioners that blow hot air instead of cold air, making the stay uncomfortable. The furniture in the room is worn out and outdated, and in a suite for 4 people we received only 2 large towels and a small one. The buffet is limited and the quality of cheese and cold cuts is poor, even if the pizzas and pasta were really excellent. The only positive point is the staff, especially Ghofrane at the reception and the waiters at the restaurant and bar, all very kind and attentive. Despite their professionalism, the many problems of hygiene, comfort, equipment and maintenance make this stay very unsatisfactory.

Good Hotel I recommend

Very good Hotel I recommend it to you very nice people and the vibe is good too. Above all Rambo. The food is tasty good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
