Spectacular holidays
I'm loving this holiday week.
The animators are spectacular and of a brutal sympathy.
We are being very well treated by the entire hotel staff.
The room is always clean.
The food is very good. I highly recommend this hotel, it's all five star.

Usual excellence for my family holidays of rest and fun.
Hotel in constant evolution from year to year. I have been using this hotel unit for about 10 years. Amazing staff, facilities at the top, quality food, great fun and for all tastes. Wonderful pools, beach of the best that exists. Collaborators and other management of the best I have seen. I highly recommend the Iberostar Waves Mehari Djerba.

Great stay in Djerba!
We had an excellent stay at the Iberostar Mehari Djerba.
There are many strong points. The dining is a real asset of the hotel: the buffets are varied, of very good quality, and allow you to discover both local specialties and international cuisine. A big bravo to the kitchen and dining room teams.
We also really appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of our room. A big thank you to Jiji, who took care of it with a lot of care, attention, and kindness. Her professionalism and little touches contributed greatly to the success of our stay.
The entire staff also deserves to be congratulated. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, at the bars, or in the various departments, everyone is smiling, welcoming, available, and always ready to help. It is a real strong point of the establishment.
The beach is magnificent, with transparent and clear water, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
Regarding areas for improvement, we think that the communication around the entertainment deserves to be reviewed. There is a lack of clear signage and real communication about the day's program. We thus missed several activities, such as yoga sessions or the Berber buffet, simply because they were not sufficiently announced. The entertainment is pleasant and the activity staff are dedicated, but the whole thing seemed a bit below the level we expected for an Iberostar establishment: little diversity of activities.
On the other hand, we really appreciated the quality of the evening shows, with a special mention for the team of dancers, whose performances were of a very high standard.
Another point to take into account for families: there is no real club dedicated to teenagers over 12 years old. The older kids ultimately have few specific activities, which is a bit of a shame for a family hotel.

More than a hotel – a place that feels like home❤️

I stayed at Iberostar Mehari Djerba last week, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. If I could, I would already be booking another trip for next week!
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply amazing. The hotel was always spotlessly clean, the beach is absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious with so much variety every single day. There was always something new to try, and everything was fresh and beautifully prepared.
What truly made this holiday unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team made us feel so welcome, cared for and at home from the very first day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was so positive, friendly and full of energy that it was impossible not to enjoy every moment.
A special thank you to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t just organise activities—they created memories. Their enthusiasm, kindness and ability to make every guest feel included made all the difference.
A very special mention goes to Ahmed, who was always smiling, joking around and making everyone laugh. His positive energy was contagious, and you could really tell how much he enjoys making guests happy. He is one of those people you’ll always remember long after your holiday is over.
The dancers also deserve a huge thank you. Every evening they put on incredible performances with so much talent, passion and energy. No matter how many shows they had done, they were always smiling, full of enthusiasm and creating such an amazing atmosphere. Their positivity was contagious and made every night feel special.
People often remember beautiful beaches or delicious food, but years later it’s the people you remember the most. The staff at Iberostar Mehari Djerba are what make this place so special. They turned a wonderful holiday into an unforgettable experience.
Leaving the hotel was genuinely difficult because by the end of the week it felt like home. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so comfortable, so welcomed and so happy that you’re already thinking about coming back before you’ve even left.
We are already counting down the days until our next visit, and I truly hope we’ll be lucky enough to see the same amazing team again. They are the heart and soul of this hotel, and the reason so many guests will want to return.
