Brilliant cannot recommend enough
Cannot fault it!
They have been brilliant from start to finish. My daughter had a wonderful time at the kids club (which is included in the all inclusive price) and mini disco. The staff went above and beyond for our entire stay and were so so friendly

A Contradictory Experience: Beautiful View and Good Food, Marred by Poor Service, Discrimination, and Lack of Cleanlines
The Positives:
Reception & Rooms: The check-in on the first day was good and the staff were welcoming. We were given an excellent room with a sea view.
Main Restaurant: The food overall was good, well-stocked, and offered a nice variety.
Staff: Most of the hotel workers and staff in general were cheerful and polite.
The Negatives (Issues faced during the stay):
Room Cleanliness & Pests: The cleanliness level inside the room was average at best. Worse of all, we found cockroaches (cafards) and other insects in the room, which is completely unacceptable.
The Towel Crisis & Management's Poor Attitude: We are a family of 4, yet they only provided 3 towels. When one got dirty and we asked for a replacement, the reception staff treated us with severe resentment and coldness, assuming we wanted to change towels multiple times a day! Even after explaining the situation, he did not bother to apologize. Eventually, they only replaced two towels (after 3 complaints), leaving us with just 2 towels for 4 people.
The "Khaima" Restaurant & Discrimination Against Tunisians/Algerians: We booked a day in advance. When we arrived at 18:45, we were told the restaurant opens at 19:00. To our surprise, just 5 minutes later (at 18:50), a group of European tourists arrived and were welcomed and seated immediately! Furthermore, there was clear discrimination regarding seating: the tables directly facing the sea were given to European tourists, while Tunisian/Algerian guests are directed to the less scenic tables.
Buffet Service: For some reason, the worker in charge of the orange juice left his post and disappearing, despite a long queue of guests waiting for him.
The Waterpark (Aquapark) Shock: Even though our booking was All-Inclusive, we were shocked to be banned from bringing even a single bottle of water into the Aquapark. Upon entry, we were informed that any consumption inside must be paid for separately! In addition, the swimming pool was dirty, and to our disgust, we even found a cockroach floating in the water!
I don't recommend this hotel!

Overall good, but staff need to be looked at
I stayed at the Mahdia Beach & Aqua Park for one week and overall had a good experience.
The hotel itself was pleasant, the staff were generally friendly, and the food was good, although I found the menu quite repetitive over the course of the week.
One of the highlights of the stay was the animation team. They were excellent and went above and beyond to involve guests in activities throughout the day. The evening entertainment was also fantastic and provided something enjoyable for everyone.
However, there were a couple of issues that I feel should be addressed. A member of the kids' club team, Celina, suggested that if I gave her extra money personally, she would look after my child better. I found this highly inappropriate and concerning. The kids' club is a service provided by the hotel, and every child should receive the same standard of care and attention. No parent should be made to feel that additional personal payments are needed for their child to be properly looked after.
I was also disappointed with the behaviour of some of the evening security staff. Rather than helping guests feel safe and comfortable, I observed them spending time flirting with female guests. This created the opposite impression of what security staff should provide.
Despite these concerns, I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, particularly the animation team and entertainment. With some improvements in staff professionalism, this hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests.

We really like a hotel. We visited this place second time. Great food, kind stuff, nice to rest and have fun!
Great food inside the restaurant and outside – you should definitely check it out and give it a try! There is a great swimming pool, beach, and aquapark, and you can enjoy all these places. You can also find many sports activities and plenty of attractions for children, so everyone can have a great time.

Nice hotel in Mahdia
The hotel is located at the beginning of the tourist area of Mahdia and is accessible via the Sahel metro, very convenient for getting to Mahdia center or Monastir. The main pool is huge and has a bar with stools in the water. Access to the water park with about ten slides is nice, even if you quickly go through it. The beach is quite beautiful and well-maintained, the sea water is around 22 degrees. We had a light breeze that made the sun bearable, but be careful to apply sunscreen.
The food is not bad and good but lacks a bit of variety. You can have grilled food or fish every day at the barbecue. For those with a sweet tooth, fries and crepes are available all day long. Several bars serve unlimited cocktails, the alcohol flows freely.
Entertainment is present and every evening there is a show. It lacks a bit of experience but we have a good time, the entertainment team is willing and friendly.
The nearby shops within walking distance have prices that are a bit higher than in the souk shops, but if you do not like to bargain, it will do just fine and you will save time lol.
The rooms are decent, air-conditioned, with a safe, hairdryer, and fridge.
Bottles of still or sparkling water are available at the bars for free.
The staff, whatever their role, are really very kind, super pleasant, and helpful.
