Overcrowded, broken sunbeds, bed bugs
Staff friendly, location good that’s the only positives about this hotel. Overcrowded restaurant with huge ques for each course. Beer served in small plastic cups or paper coffee cups . Only one socket in upgraded sea view room . Not even a bottle of water in the fridge . Definitely not a 4 * , wouldn’t even say a 3*. Be prepared to get up early for a sunbed then chances are it’s a broken one . But worse thing was after taking precautions not to get bitten by mosquitoes I couldn’t do anything about the bed bugs . Bitten from the back of my neck to the back of my ankles. I noticed a few other unfortunate victims around the pool aswell. Very disappointed in love holiday s recommending this as a 4 * and I’ve lost confidence in them as this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in .

Lovely staff, bad dining
For the most part, we enjoyed ourselves. We didn’t ever have an issue getting a Sunbed, but you have to get in early for a mattress. The beach was lovely, the people selling stuff on the beach weren’t overly persistent and were nice to speak to, and the pool was nice. We enjoyed chatting to the staff at the bar, and the entertainment reps.
It’s a little out of the way, so if you do want to book excursions or eat elsewhere expect to travel a bit; we were expecting more to do around the hotel but that’s due to a lack of research. Also make sure you take cash, as there was nowhere to get cash out when we were staying and the staff expect tips. We luckily got a lift with one of the guys doing paragliding into the nearest town to get some money out.
The cleanliness was quite hit and miss, I saw a squished cockroach in the dining room at one point.
There’s not a lot of soundproofing so expect to hear slamming doors and arguing etc.
The dining was the biggest issue we found - on our last night there wasn’t any plates so we had to go hungry! The dining hall was like a zoo with children running about and screaming, people shoving to get to stations and people piling plates high and then abandoning the tables without touching it which I think is so unspeakably rude and wasteful! The way some patrons left their tables for the poor staff to clean up was completely disgusting.
Not on the hotel how other guests behave of course, but in my opinion more should be done to challenge it. We ate once a day if that because it was too overstimulating and the food wasn’t great even if you did manage to get anything.

Awful experience
The worst part of our holiday was the restaurant and definately spoilt our holiday, this was a horrendous experience. Very overcrowded. Queues of over 30 minutes long. Locals were piling food on numerous plates and then leaving the majority of it untouched. Very rude and no consideration. Food and pmates not being replenished quick enough. Arguing and fighting. Deeaded going in. The al a carte was much quieter but offered very little choice and cold food. We had to get a taxi to eat out quite often.
Rooms were basic.
The majority of staff were amazing and totally understood how bad the dining situation was.
I accept this was a budget holiday, despite being sold as a 4 star but i did not expect this experience
I would not recommend staying here
