To be redone

First time spacious beautiful and comfortable rooms.
The restaurant on the 9th floor clean and offers succulent cuisine

We visit the bar on the first floor.

A catastrophic experience. This bar is tiny, poorly organized, and gives the impression of being managed in total improvisation. The worst part is the attitude of the server: vulgar, disrespectful, and particularly unpleasant. We came to have a pleasant time over a drink, but he tried to impose food on us when that was not our intention. Even when we asked for a simple plate of fruit, his behavior remained unacceptable. Such a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this establishment.

Wonderful!!!

Hotel from European standards in all respects.
Impeccable cleanliness, smell of clean in the room and very friendly staff.
We went to Sfax for one night and were very happy.
The room was perfect and tidy, it felt like being in any big western city. Possibility of massages at the spa, great prices for us Europeans, made a magnificent session that I will remember forever!
On the top floor there is a restaurant bar where you can eat at extra cost. Breakfast very good and plentiful.
I highly recommend!

a big disappointment

First of all, the restaurant is not reserved for hotel residents: it is open to everyone in the evening. As a result, we end up having dinner with a person who smokes cigarettes next door, another who smokes shisha in front... atmosphere very far from a comfortable hotel setting.
And the worst is yet to come: for a hotel that is supposed to welcome professionals who have come to work, it is incomprehensible that a musical show is organized in the evening, with a sound so loud that it literally shakes the walls. It's impossible to rest after a day's work.
It was my first and certainly my last time in this hotel.

Nice stay in business hotel

Room was confortable, modern and well designed. Shower snd toilet are small. Large screen TV with multiple channels, mini fridge available but empty. Two small bottles of water are included. You still can hear some loud bass music notes coming from the night club, during your sleep even at the 7th floor. After we spent three nights in a standard room we asked to extend our stay for one more night , the reception told us that the hotel was fully booked and only suites were available. We accepted to move and there was not even a fruit platter offer in the suite. The suite was super nice with a beautiful view and two balconies. The breakfast is super nice and healthy.
