A wonderful hotel.

A truly welcoming hotel. We felt right at home. We would especially like to thank Mr. Onur, who was a very kind employee. Next time we come to Akyaka, our address is set: Mervehan Hotel

Don't be fooled by the appearance of this hotel.

If you're looking for a place in 2026 where there's no hot water and your room is full of spiders and ants, this is the place. I wish I had checked the reviews and hotel ratings beforehand.
In May, I booked room 201 for two nights with my family. As soon as we entered the room, a huge spider was crawling on the door, and the floor was infested with ants. They had said there was a jacuzzi in the room, but when we turned it on, a terrible amount of filth came out. Afterwards, we noticed that there was no hot water in the room. When we told the staff, they said they would fix it. We went out, came back, and they said it was fixed. When we checked again, nothing had changed; the hot water was still not working. We had booked the room for two days, but we said that if they couldn't fix the problem, they should cancel our second day and we would leave the hotel, and this time they said it couldn't be fixed. We waited to see if they would at least politely apologize when we were leaving due to a problem originating from the hotel, but they only said, "Thank you for your assistance." I definitely don't recommend it; we were fooled by its appearance, but don't be.

Breakfast and tea were too bad

The price is good for performance. Room cleanliness is good.But landscape adjustment is good. Breakfast and tea were worse than that.We went to the market and Shopping, we bought vibes and had breakfast with them. We always went to the Place of Halil for dinner.

The number of employees could not exceed capacity.

It was a regular hotel since 2019.But management changed this year.A lady named Derya was taken care of and the beautiful hotel was officially disturbed. The number of guests you stole was excessive.From breakfast service to room cleaning, it affected the hose.We stayed guests for four days.We often had trouble with room tennis.Not to mention breakfast. The service for the fee provided is poor.

A complete facia. We prayed 2 days be over.

I don’t know where to start. 01. 08. 2025 we purchased two rooms to stay 2 nights in our hotel. And when we arrived at the hotel, our rooms were given one on the ground floor one on the first floor and we were still being cleaned when we arrived at the hotel, and we arrived at 3:00 a.m. or 1 hour late. Especially the basement floor, the 1st room was not air-conditioned and there was no hairdryer, not as requested. It’s said to use our rooms in the room of your neighbors as if they were a flounder. Neither did the freezer part of the fridge work. Let’s get to the breakfast buffet. . 20 minutes to start breakfast. It’s the first time in all of our hotel history I’ve seen a buffet like this. If you choose something by request, the staff will provide tomato salad cheese and olives from the kitchen. Eggs in the oil again by person count, and the same day after. We said no cooking eggs for our mom. You make the tea yourself and in the meantime you hear the profanity of the staff in the kitchen . . . So what more would I say the obsessive face of the staff or the noise at night . We wanted to spend just 2 days away.
