Most importantly, a big compliment to the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt more like honored guests than mere customers at this hotel. I especially want to thank the manager, who was always available for us and even accompanied us to our car when we checked out.
I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a stay in Alaçatı. You won’t find better value for money, and you truly get much more than what you pay for.

a bad experience
We first got it from a hotel tour company , and we got it for less than the price we got it from the hotel . Maybe, we said it was normal. When we arrived at the hotel we were staying at on a Sunday , we were told that the room wasn 't ready , we switched over in another room and went to the sea . When we returned to the hotel at about 18:30 , they told us that there was a problem with the room 's facilities , they said we couldn 't stay . Alternatively , the room they gave us was smaller , and it was on the upper floor of the bedroom where our 7-year-old son was sleeping . We were not very satisfied , we said we could call another hotel if we were notified early . They said another room came out where they said there were no other rooms , the room where the boss was staying , they offered it , they said that despite the smell of cigarettes , they said that they could shower us in the little room while they cleaned it , and they said they could take us in the little room after cleaning the Newbie room . The moment we left the room 20 minutes later, we were told that this time the big room was given to someone else for 10 days, we could stay for a night in the little room and search for another room the next day. We even spoke to my wife and my wife at dinner, “we had trouble, but at least they tried to do something to fix it.” When we returned to the hotel at about 22:15 a.m., we noticed that the light of the room told us we couldn’t stay was out. The receptionist asked me if there was anyone in that room, said the door was broken or something, but finally admitted that he was a guest . I said that this was not true , I wanted to talk to someone more authorized , the owner of the hotel came . In hotels like these , if you book with a cheaper tourism agency , as long as they sell more expensive rooms to a diner who asks for a room through the door , the property will break down , the door won 't shut , the room has insects , and we have medicated , you 're most likely asked to receive a half-m2 room shortage .
