Great location, kind and attentive staff

The hotel looks from the outside and you can choose it right away.We approached the front desk and Mr. Mustafa welcomed.A friendly and caring person.Of course he loves his job, he helped immediately.Mr. Ibrahim introduced your room,both people gave a warm feeling about the hotel.The hotel is sleek, beautiful location and most importantly clean and stylish hotel.Great and convenient.Recommendation with heartful comfort.

Great hotel

Just been to Kahya hotel for 3 times and is still just as excited as the first time.
The rooms are neat and clean, the buffet and service are at the top.
Entertainment during the day in the form of dart tournament is super cozy.
Location is fantastic ift beach, city and harbor.
We will definitely come back again next year.

Location very good, otherwise never experienced anything like this in Turkey !

We stayed at the Hotel Kahya in Alanya from 26.12.2025-04.01.2026. The location of the hotel on Cleopatra beach is just great, also very close to the cable car station to drive to the beautiful castle grounds. Everything is within walking distance. We stayed in Turkey several times and enjoyed the hospitality , service and friendliness of the staff at the hotels very much. The Hotel Kahya, on the other hand, disappointed us very much. The kindness of the front desk staff lasted only until the cash for an offered upgrade to a sea view room was passed across the table. Of course, no card payment was possible, only cash is true :(( , bad who thinks evil. The room, the view etc. were very nice and we felt very comfortable in the room. However, what was offered in terms of service , friendliness of the staff was by no means hospitable and conducive to recreation. Whether the service staff in the restaurant, at the bars or anywhere else, there were no smiles, no greetings, orders were taken displeasedly, questions answered very reluctantly and without interest. Contrary to what else is offered in Turkey, just very bad and not hospitable. When we turned to a receptionist with our feelings, we got the lapidary response, "yes the summer was tough, that can be already there" . We really didn't expect that much unprofessionalism. Unfortunately, we also had to seek medical attention. One was unkindly referred to the hotel doctor by the gentlemen of the reception without a spark of helpfulness or sympathy. When I returned to the hotel after 3 days of hospitalization in Alanya, the staff who knew that I was in the hospital did not send me a request or a welcome back, just nothing, completely empathetic. The hospitalization was not related to the hotel stay. The New Year’s Eve program was designed completely unlovingly, if you can even speak of a New Year’s Eve program. The food was consistently tasty, drinks had to be bought at one outlet alone, only selected regulars got a table service. Offered events in the non-cozy hotel lobby turned out to be sales events for leather jackets etc. For us, the worst experience in a hotel in Turkey, and therefore not a recommendation for travelers who want the well-known "Turkey service".
