Hotel is good , merve is the best waitress we could have . Very happy and always friendly. She is the best in the bar highly recommended.

SAFETY HAZARD, FILTHY A/C & DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT
During our stay in a Family Suite at Grand Park Lara (a €2,700 package), a heavy wooden door frame completely broke off the wall and struck our child on the head. It was held together by just a few dots of old glue, showing complete neglect of basic maintenance. To make matters worse, the air conditioning units in the room were covered in black mold and dirt, posing a serious health risk to a young child.
When we confronted Guest Relations and Management alongside our agency representative, we were met with complete disrespect, dismissive attitudes, and zero empathy. They refused any financial responsibility (not even refunding the last 2 ruined nights) and tried to brush off a major child safety incident with minor hotel perks, which we firmly rejected.
Unsafe room infrastructure, moldy A/C units, and arrogant management. Avoid this hotel if you care about your family's safety and health!

When you reported the issue with the door frame to us, our Technical Service team attended the room immediately, inspected the area and carried out the necessary repair without delay. At the time, our team also checked with you whether you were okay and whether any medical assistance was required. You confirmed that medical assistance was not needed. No injury requiring medical attention was reported to the hotel.
As with any hotel property, technical elements may occasionally require maintenance or repair during normal operation. What is important to us is that such matters are addressed promptly when brought to our attention, and in this case the necessary action was taken immediately.
Following our review of the incident and the information available to us, we did not find sufficient grounds for financial compensation. As a gesture of goodwill, an à la carte dinner was offered to the you, as we genuinely wished to help make the remainder of your stay more pleasant.
Regarding the comments about the air-conditioning units, we take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and continuously monitor our rooms and equipment.
We respect that guests may have different impressions of their stay. However, we believe it is important that our response also reflects the actions taken by our team to address the concerns raised during the stay.

Brilliant family holiday
Had a brilliant time we spent 7 nights. Food was good atmosphere was great the kids aged 12-7 had the best time. Ice creams available all day was an added bonus. They loved the variety of food throughout the day from waffles baked potatoes you name it they had it. Would definitely go back again. We were able to get sun beds with out any problems. The only issue we had was a bad smell coming from the drains in the room but when we reported it they sent someone to take care of it straight away. Our room was cleaned every day and the mini fridge was topped up twice. We had fresh towels daily couldn’t complain at all. The staff all seemed happy to be there. And always interacted with the kids.

Outstanding Hotel
We are currently staying at this hotel and I could not recommend more highly. Ignore the negative reviews this hotel is amazing. Offered a free upgrade when we checked in. Check in was super quick and a porter takes you and your cases to your room. Staff are always busy serving, cooking or cleaning.
The main restaurant does get busy but if you are there within an hour of it opening you will find seats no problem but there are so many other places to eat it really doesn't matter. The barbecue area is amazing for dinner.and the pool bar snacks are extremely good and always varied.
If you want a sunbed in a particular area yes you will have to be up at 6.30am but other beds are available most of the day and if struggling to get one tell the staff and they will sort you out.
The entertainment is very good as well.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat.
