Rodinná dovolená
Před lety jsme byli v hotelu Royal Dragon a proto jsme si vybrali hotel ze stejného řetězce - Royal Alhambra. Jeli jsme - rodina se 2-mi dospělými dětmi. Měli jsme objednané dva pokoje s přímým výhledem na moře. Na hotel jsme přijeli po půlnoci, pokoje již byly přichystány. Dva pokoje vedle sebe, s prostornou ložnicovou částí ve které bylo jedno dvoulůžko a jedno široké jednolůžko a dále tři schody do obývací části se sedací soupravou, televizí, minibarem apod. Zaměstnanec hotelu který nám přinesl kufry sám vše ukázal a s hrdostí odtáhl závěs na balkon kde výhled byl opravdu přímý a nádherný. Celkově je hotel rozlehlý, ale všude je na co se dívat, kde se zastavit. Sotva jsme si druhý den sedli do prostorné haly, prostě jen tak, už u nás byla servírka co si dáme k pití. Co se týká jídla - vše úplně stejné jako v Dragonu, ne-li lepší. Výběr jídel, zákusků a dalšího se nedá popsat, to se prostě musí zažít. Při mé špatné angličtině jsem si objednal pití u jednoho číšníka a po chvilce jsem druhému číšníku sdělil že již mám objednáno, ale nějak jsme si nerozuměli a nápoje mi donesli oba dva, pokoušel jsem se jim omluvit a přidat několik euro, ale s úsměvem mě odmítli s tím že peníze nechtějí a pakliže budu spokojen tak mám peníze vložit do schránky u vchodu do jídelny (slouží to pro všechny číšníky i kuchaře). Bazény, pláž naprosto bez problémů, lehátka u bazénu je nutné obsadit do 8.00 hod., pak už se hledají hůře, lehátka u moře není nutné obsazovat předem pakliže nechcete ležet v prvních dvou řadách. Jídlo pití a další občerstvení u bazénů i na pláži bez vady. Co se týká peněz tak jsem asi po dvou dnech nechal na každém pokoji 5 euro, resp. v koupelně. Na pokoji si nikdo zanechané peníze nevezme, místo pro odměnu je v jen koupelna. Dále jsem se jednou potkal se starším pracovníkem který doplňoval minibar, poděkoval jsem mu a dal jsem mu zbylé cca 3 dolary a od té doby jsem měl minibary doplněné "po střechu". Nic jsme nemuseli řešit ale i drobnosti např. zaklapnutý trezor na pokoji, řeší zaměstnanci ihned a s úsměvem, pakliže si chcete cokoli vyfotit, ihned se zaměstnanci usmívají. Byla to prostě dovolená snů. V hotelu jsou vítanými návštěvníky děti a proto jsou zejména večeře trochu hlučnější, ale nic co by se nedalo přežít. Na závěr - jediné co se v celém hotelu platí byla cukrová vata v pojízdném stánku večer u bazénů - 2 eura.

Velké zklamání
Na naši dovolenou jsme se velmi těšili. Hotel se jevil jako pěkný, čistý...Je udáváno, že je v klidné lokalitě, ale hotel jako takový rozhodně klidný není. Po celém hotelu proudí davy lidí, ale nejhorší to bylo vždy v noci, brzké ráno..lidé absolutně nerespektovali žádný noční klid, řvali na chodbách, dupali nehledě na brzkou ranní či noční hodinu. Dostali jsme pokoj uplně někde ve sklepení, takže denně celou noc nám dupali nad hlavou. Z odpočinku tedy nebylo nic.
Chápu, že při takové masovce lidí, to asi není ani možné v hotelu, takže toto bylo asi to nejmenší. Celkový dojem hotelu katastrofa. Co se týče pořádku a úklidu, tak s takovou špínou jsem se v hotelu ještě nesetkala. Koberce, křesla byly zadělané, špinavé, flekaté. Po celém hotelu všude smrad, ne z vlhka, ale odpady. Člověk ani neměl chuť se jít najíst. Co se týče samotného pokoje, tak to byla naprostá katastrofa. Tam smrdělo snad úplně všechno.
Místnosti tmavé, celý hotel je takový ponurý a zašlý. Na pokoje byly peřiny, které se snad v životě nepraly, takže smrděly tak, jako když je zkažené jídlo. Při každém pohybu nebezpečný zápach. Po třech neprospaných nocích jsme si zažádali o prostěradlo, které se ještě nějak dalo. Úklid žádný, po naléhání aleson vyměnili ručníky. Koupelna špinavá, všude plíseň. Vana ucpana, voda neodtékala. Předposlední den se nám úplně rozpadla klika, ale nikdo nic neřeší.
Jídlo velký průměr, měli jsme ultra all inclusive, ale úroveň nula. Alkohol neznačkový, bez chutě a snad i alkoholu, vše rozlévané a postmix. Jediný minibar snad fungoval, ale také až po upozornění, že není doplněný každý den. Celkově to bylo opravdu velmi špatné. V životě už do hotelu nepojedeme. Byli jsme zklamáni. Ani moře a vstup do moře za nic nestál.
Všude lidi, tlačenice, bordel a špína. Jen ty bazeny venku byly fajn. Co mohu ale v hotelu doporučit, je skvělá masáž. Tu jsme si velmi užili.
Obsluha ale celkem šla. Myslím, že tento hotel by již neměl nabízet ubytování na úrovni 5*. Odpovídá max 2*.

Zklamání
Na dovolenou jsme se moc těšili, už je to pár let co jsme v Turecku byli (před pár lety např. Kemr) a vždy jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Zklamání hned v úvodu, jeden z pokojů měl problém s otevíráním dveří a tak po hodině o půl pendlování pokoj a recepce byl nabídnut pokoj nový. U druhého pokoje jsme 2x řešili závažný problém - dveře bylo možno otevřít bez použití karty - což ovšem zjistíte náhodou. Úklid pokojů proběhl během naší 7 denní dovolené pouze jednou, čili zapomeňte - žádná výměna ručníků, toaletní papír jsme si museli také "obstarat" sami, koš... . Nepomohla ani urgence na recepci či visící cedulka na klíce dveří. Bazény a moře fajn, u bazénu bych si úklid představoval pečlivější (spousta kelimků, plastových lahví, odpadků z předchozího dne). Lehátek je všude dostatek = velké plus. Toalety (je jich také dostatek) nebyly úplně fresh. Restaurace ala-carte za poplatek. Hlavní restaurace - jídlo, za nás spíše průměr, nic na co bychom vzpomínali. Bary a snacky u bazénu či na pláži fungovaly velmi dobře - spokojenost. Jen to kafe bylo slabé a přeorientovali jsme se na "turka". Fitko super, bez lidí. Hotel je obrovský, takže sběratele kroků si přijdou na své . Okolí hotelu je moc fajn. Absolvovali jsme několik výletů. Turci jsou velmi sympatičtí, jen si musíte zvyknout na "tips" za cokoli. Závěr pobytu byl nepříjemný. Při balení kufru jsme zjistili, že se nám z pokoje ztratily nové dámské sportovní boty (ne, nepoužívali jsme je v průběhu pobytu). Někdo ze servisu, či v době kdy byl pokoj volně přístupný? Netušíme. Doufali jsme, že je chyba na naší straně a nechali boty omylem doma, ale bohužel. Smutné. Recepční přislíbil, že když se najdou daj vědět. Nice .

"Hotel Review: Royal Alhambra Palace ✨"
From the very first approach to the Royal Alhambra Palace, the truly magnificent and impressive backdrop of this resort reveals itself, captivating you immediately! The hotel is an absolute dream, completely designed in Moorish and Oriental style. Upon our arrival, we were incredibly warmly welcomed by the reception in the hotel lobby. With the words "Feel at home," we were greeted – a gesture that laid the foundation for a perfectly wonderful stay and made us feel immediately welcome and secure. ✨ I spent an absolutely unforgettable time there from May 18 to June 2, 2026. ☀️✈️ Since I love Oriental dance and this enchanting music, I found a place in this resort that perfectly reflects my passion for dance. ✨
My absolute highlight was being awarded "Miss Alhambra," which suddenly made me well-known throughout the resort! It was a great show with four participants – it was a lot of fun to take on this challenge together with the other guests. As recognition for this success, I received an official, ceremonial certificate from the Stone Group, a medal, and a bottle of champagne on May 26, 2026! The certificate was officially signed by the Administration Manager and the Entertainment Manager. ✍️ I also particularly remember my very nice souvenir photo with the Entertainment Manager, which perfectly captures this moment! ✨
In this show, I was allowed to shine on stage, which I have been doing with a passionate heart for almost 20 years. ❤️ It was an indescribable feeling to captivate and excite the audience with my Oriental dance! That this years of experience was so reflected by the audience was an absolutely professional experience for me. Since I love show business above all and it brings me great joy to dance directly with the audience, I can very well imagine actively supporting the animation team of the Royal Alhambra Palace with my energy and passion!
Right at the beginning of the vacation, I presented my passion on the pool stage – the team and the guests were thrilled! ♂️ I acted completely freely in the style of a professional spontaneous improvisation: The animation team played a variety of music pieces that I was able to interpret confidently thanks to my many years of experience.
The parties at the hotel are all beautiful and each one is an experience in its own right. A special highlight was the White Party, where the DJ saw me directly and called out "Hello, Silke!" through the microphone, to which I warmly greeted him back. I brought the dance floor to life with joy, so much so that my shoes were worn out by the end – which did not stop me, but rather I continued barefoot! At the foam party, the DJ also called me directly to the center to energize the audience – a vibe that was wonderfully captured in the memory videos! ❤️ I also played with my veils on the beach and right by the sparkling sea, which moved beautifully in the wind. I was very appreciatively approached by the other vacationers and was even frequently filmed, which made me very happy! At the beach bar, I also experienced a fantastic evening with a live band playing: There, in my simple, self-sewn green outfit, I gave an improvised oriental performance and celebrated together with the entire animation team – an absolutely exhilarating experience! ️
A fixed part for me were the beautiful club dance moments, whose choreography has absolutely thrilled me every time! It was a pleasure for me to join the animation team and to get into this great dance. However, a special highlight was a day when I consciously chose a creative interpretation: When the hit "Düm Tek Tek" was playing, I presented myself in a belly dance costume and offered the guests a powerful, original choreography right by the pool. The animation team saw me and gave me a thumbs up in recognition – a brilliant moment, as I have been using this song in my own performances for ages!
Through these shows, a warm connection developed with the other vacationers, allowing me to enjoy countless beautiful encounters and stimulating conversations throughout the rest of my vacation! ❤️ A particularly lovely experience was getting to know the entire Turkish and German animation team. It was great to see how they created so much joy and enthusiasm in the resort through their diverse range of activities and playful handling of colorful hip scarves! ✨
The evening shows in the hotel's large amphitheater are breathtaking.
A particularly lucky find was Lamia from the German guest services, with whom I became friends right away. ❤️ We not only exchanged wonderful ideas, but while my family and I were sharing our positive feedback for Lamia and the hotel, a particularly beautiful moment occurred: We spontaneously danced together while sitting on the lounge chair – a wonderful memory that was captured in a video! Additionally, we talked about the impressive architecture, and I fulfilled my wish to use this beautiful place for a personal memory video. So, under the magnificent, huge chandelier, I danced a spontaneous improvisation with my double veil – a very personal, magical moment that I captured for myself. ✨️
The food was fantastic, super delicious, and a truly magnificent feast, especially for the feast of sacrifice. ️ The entire hotel staff was incredibly attentive. The chefs and waiters provided excellent service, and we took many heartfelt memory photos with the friendly waiters! Additionally, the hotel offers a dreamlike backdrop for priceless photos with its beautiful Moorish architecture. We had a fantastic photo shoot with two amazing hotel photographers who executed it perfectly! ✨
An emotional highlight for us was my aunt's wedding day, which we celebrated comfortably with champagne. It was beautiful to see how this wonderful hotel provides the perfect setting for a family to come together so intensely! ❤️✨ We also experienced dreamlike moments outside the hotel: A highlight was the trip to the Green Canyon, which we booked directly at the hotel – an experience that will remain a wonderful memory for us! ️️⚓️
Additionally, the rooms were always very nice and clean. A big compliment also goes to the service: Our minibar was replenished every day, and the staff member was incredibly friendly, as he admired and appreciated my handcrafted costumes! ️✨ I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone! ❤️

Suitable for families who prioritize the pool, not for sea lovers.
Summary: This hotel is a suitable option for families with children, thanks to its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and ample pool/water park facilities. However, due to the nature of the sea, it may not be the right choice for sea lovers.
Detailed Commentary: I stayed in a standard room for 7 nights at the end of June. The hotel lobby is large, cool, and elegantly decorated. The rooms are quite spacious; they can comfortably accommodate 3 adults and one child. A folding bed is being brought for the child. Central ventilation is available, but the size of the room limits the cooling performance of the air conditioner. This situation can cause problems, especially for those staying during July and August.
After reading reviews from the Eid al-Adha period, I had lowered my expectations, but since the hotel wasn't crowded during my stay, I didn't experience any problems with housekeeping or food service. As the number of guests increased, the restaurant's capacity (number of buffets and tables) was increased proportionally.
The food was as expected, definitely not bad. Grilled red meat (beef/lamb) was consistently served at dinner. The variety and quality of offerings increased in parallel with the number of guests. The syrup-soaked desserts weren't bad (there was no pistachio baklava), but they could be better. The cheeses at breakfast are varied and of good quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice was chargeable. I didn't like the tea; a hotel in this segment should always have freshly brewed tea available. We usually ate lunch at the snack restaurants on the beach and by the pool. The menu at the beach is limited. Main courses (kebab/hamburger/meatballs) are served by waiters. Deniz, on the other hand, was a disappointment for me. The fine sand and shallow water are nice, but the rocks that rise to the surface as you go further in make swimming difficult. I went parasailing during my vacation, and while looking down from above, I noticed that the Çolaklı beach is generally rocky. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it to sea lovers.
Detailed Commentary: I stayed in a standard room for 7 nights at the end of June. The hotel lobby is large, cool, and elegantly decorated. The rooms are quite spacious; they can comfortably accommodate 3 adults and one child. A folding bed is being brought for the child. Central ventilation is available, but the size of the room limits the cooling performance of the air conditioner. This situation can cause problems, especially for those staying during July and August.
After reading reviews from the Eid al-Adha period, I had lowered my expectations, but since the hotel wasn't crowded during my stay, I didn't experience any problems with housekeeping or food service. As the number of guests increased, the restaurant's capacity (number of buffets and tables) was increased proportionally.
The food was as expected, definitely not bad. Grilled red meat (beef/lamb) was consistently served at dinner. The variety and quality of offerings increased in parallel with the number of guests. The syrup-soaked desserts weren't bad (there was no pistachio baklava), but they could be better. The cheeses at breakfast are varied and of good quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice was chargeable. I didn't like the tea; a hotel in this segment should always have freshly brewed tea available. We usually ate lunch at the snack restaurants on the beach and by the pool. The menu at the beach is limited. Main courses (kebab/hamburger/meatballs) are served by waiters.
