Room 104, quiet, clean. No shower door so when you take a shower the tiled floor gets wet and very, very slippery. Bed is comfy, pillows are soft. Tiny sink had a leak but was quickly repaired by staff. Morning buffet breakfast had very good selection and excellent roof top view. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. I would stay again.

Emplacement nickel rien à dire, par contre l’or de notre arrivée on nous a dit que les chambres sont nettoyer tous les jours sauf que c’est faux on doit leurs répéter 50 fois pour le nettoyage malgres sa c’était pas fait ! J’ai croiser une jeune femme qui nettoyer et elle m’a rendu ce service et a enfin nettoyer après 4jours de nuit d’ailleurs très gentille femme qui est venue en renfort pour l’équipe ! Merci à elle ! Le seul nettoyage que soit disant font les femmes de ménage c’est simplement remplacer les serviettes de bain ainsi que vider les poubelles ! C’est une grosse blague il sont même pas venu le faire depuis 4 jours je me servais seule du placard pour avoir des serviettes de bain propre ! Je suis déçu vraiment de l’accueil et du nettoyage franchement j’aurai préférer prendre un hôtel un peu plus loins et avoir mon confort ! Je ne reviendrai plus dans cette hôtel ! Le petit déjeuné n’est pas ouf comparé à d’autre hôtel ! Je pense que votre Hôtel a besoin de travaux et renouvellement car les mur est les salles de bains les joint sont noir ! On nous a changer de chambre 3/4 fois depuis qu’on est dans cette hôtel sous prétexte qu’il vont désinfecter les chambres ! Déjà quand on donne une chambre on attend que les clients s’en vont et non mis à la porte pour changer de chambre ! De plus pendant qu’on était dans la chambre ils ont mis un produit désinfectant on a failli mourrir de l’odeur on a tousser toute la journée . De plus on a changer 3 fois de couverture il y’avait des tache jaune ainsi que brûlure de cigarette dessus donc a quel moment on vérifie pas enfaite les couvertures qu’on met dans les chambres ? Ma 2 eme couverture il y’avait du vernis à ongle et des poiles d’homme . La wifi a partir de 23h hand functionne plus . Dès qu’il nous on chang de chambre on a voulu faire du café voilà l’état de la bouilloire . Il y’a beaucoup de points négatif dans cette hôtel ! Le seule point positif c’est une jeune dames voilée très gentille et très propre quand elle nettoyer on savait que c’était elle qui venait car elle n’est pas toujours dans cette hôtel à travailler . Et les personnes de l’accueil aussi sont agréable c’est tout le seul point positif . L’intérieur de la bouilloire ma dernière nuit m’a choquer !
The location is excellent, there''s nothing to say. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the rooms were cleaned daily, and that’s totally wrong. We told them 50 times to clean, but they didn’t!
I encountered a young woman cleaning one day, thankfully helped us and after 4 nights finally cleaned the room. She was really a very kind woman, coming to support the team. Thank you so much!
The so-called cleaners just change the bathroom towels and empty the trash bins, all! That’s a joke. They haven’t even done it in 4 days. I was picking up myself from the closet to get clean towels!
I was truly disappointed with the cleanliness and welcome. I wish I was a little farther away but picked a comfortable hotel. I will never come to this hotel again!
The breakfast isn’t good compared to other hotels.
I think your hotel needs refurbishment and renovation, because the walls and bathrooms have become lush!
They changed rooms for us 3-4 times since we stayed at this hotel, so they were supposed to sanitize the rooms!
But it 's prohibited to exchange rooms until customers leave when offering a room.
And while we were in the room, we were tired of sanitizer, almost dying of smell, coughing all day.
We also changed blankets 3 times, with yellow stains and cigarette burns on it. So, are these blankets not checked in the room?
The second blanket contained plaque and male hair.
Wifi does not work after 11 a.m.
We wanted to make a coffee the moment they changed the room, but that’s what it was like.
This hotel really has a lot of negatives!
The only positive side is that a young lady with a headcover was very kind and thoughtful, which was immediately noticeable when she cleaned the room. Unfortunately, they don’t work at this hotel all the time.
And the front desk staff are friendly, which is the only plus. The last shot was a mess in the room

Hotel with excellent value for money.
The hotel's location is excellent, being close to Bursa's historical attractions and offering easy access to transportation. Although the furnishings in the rooms are old, they are comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast, while mediocre, was filling. The staff, and especially Mr. Cafer and Mr. Volka, are extremely considerate and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a one or two-day stay, as it offers excellent value for money.

I stayed 20 days in this hotel. Before arriving I asked for a smokeless room they gave me a whole different room and the room smelled like cigarettes their reason why I didn’t got a bigger room was because I paid so less and if I wanted a bigger room they would charge me extra. I asked multiple times to change my room and got refused I showered in cold water for 7 days. On the last day they told me there was a gas leak so I had to change rooms and gave a room key that wasn’t even working. They tried to overcharged me and can’t keep their promises. They screamed at me and threatened to call the police. Stay away from this place especially if you are a foreigner they treat you like shi

The best hotel we got in 3 weeks traveling around turkey. Clean, comfortable, quiet, good service, good food.
