16 stay in the B&B

We were 16 people staying in the hotel - 14 adults and 2 children. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Turkish breakfast included but if you asked they would do scrambled eggs or omelette or whatever you requested. Pool food was good and not expensive equally cocktails and bar drinks were also not expensive.
The rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool area was good and clean. The hotel is good value for money and we will be going back again and the best price is to book directly with the hotel. Close to the town about 5 min walk

Disappointed I’m afraid

Not what I expected - I’m not at all sure why this hotel is listed as boutique - it isn’t. It’s rather run down - furniture etc very old - it’s in need of a makeover. It’s in a good location though (short walk to restaurants etc) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast decidedly average. This hotel is for me.

What a dump

As soon as I saw the front entrance I was wary. An attempt to paint the wall white ended with paint splashes all over the ground and the remainder of the paint pored down the two front drains. Entering the garden it was overgrown, full of weeds and junk all over and the pool was just green sludge. We had the bridal suite with balcony.
There was no WI-FI in the room at all EVER, apparently they were 'working on it'. It was dated, and the hallway stunk of cat piss and you could write your name in the dust on the table in the hall. The supply of shampoo etc was served in little plastic bottles the size of a thimble and hard to extract anything from and the water lukewarm at best. In fact the hot water broke down and there was none for two days. The room was not serviced until I mentioned it on day 4. The towels are like crispy toast. Breakfast was lots of olives, bit of salad and eggs. The coffee was instant and awful. There was no where to sit in the group room as 'family and friends' had taken over. In fact we felt like intruders. The owner sat in the corner by the fire smoking continuously. All in all a disaster and we left half way through our holiday and went to the Dalyan Live Spa, it was cheaper than the B & B and luxurious. Beware,as some reviews are glowing, it is a tired old place that is neglected.

friendly chilled hotel

We stayed for 6 days in Sept 2024 and found the hotel in a peaceful part of Dalyan and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was good and was nice and cool, the swimming pool was lovely and cool even on very hot days. Baran ( think i have spelt this right) looked after us really well and all the staff were great, and the breakfasts are amazing. We looked at some of the upstairs rooms and the Honeymoon room is really lovely. We will be back sometime. Steve@Denise Gordon

No room available on our arrival!

This was our 3rd visit to B&B Boutique Hotel, this time sadly, it seems although we confirmed our arrival time etc. with them only 2 days before, when we got there after a very early flight it seems that the owner had let rooms out to family and friends! Admittedly they did try to move people around so we had a room for the night, but that was less than satisfactory so we took our cases and went elsewhere, and will not be returning, which is a shame the staff are superb, the breakfast was fantastic.
